LIVE SHOW TRANSCRIPT

Jade: Hello! It's finally the weekend, so we made it. It feels like this week has been so full because obviously we started our week in Germany on Saturday, and we've been living our best RUNDHOLZ life and then now we've got straight back into store and we've got a delivery, so it's really exciting. So, actually we even sold one of these jackets in store today before they even went online, so that's how hot off the press these pieces are. They're literally absolute new arrivals.

Whilst we're not ready for spring/summer weight pieces just yet, there are a few transitional pieces like the outfit I've got on, like the one Yas is going to show you in a minute. So you can still keep your boots on and your socks if you want to and just inject a bit of newness.

So, this first look that I'm showing you is my favorite from the AEQUAMENTE collection and it's their version of a denim look. But actually, it's a really beautiful weight sort of linen cotton. So, whilst it looked like... it looks like denim, it appears... it works like denim, it's actually really, really soft and comfortable and actually a much more flattering kind of shape than a lot of denim you see. It's more like a trouser. So, really, really useful for those of us that can't wear many standard denim jeans because, well, you go to the high street, you try and buy a pair of denim jeans and realistically it's just not working, is it? These are cut properly into the back, into the waist. They've got plenty of room for hips. We've got a pocket. They're just divine.

Now, I will just take my shoes off for a second so you can see they're not too long either. So if you do have normal shoes on, they're not going to be flooding. They are going to sit beautifully. If we stand up properly. But I like them with the clog because for me that kind of 70s wide leg with these shoes just makes sense. So there's going to be more shoes like this coming for spring/summer in more colours, but for now if you fancy a pair, we've got limited Black and then the Brown croc left. And let me tell you, I've not had them off. So they are really, really good buy. They are expensive, but trust me, they will become your everyday shoe like a trainer. They are just amazing.

This jacket is a lovely shape. It's nice and boxy and wide, really relaxed. Oh, sizes! So the trousers are a SIZE 38, the jackets are a SIZE 36 and both are absolutely fine. So I'll just get my hair out of the way. I've got a little collar detail. The arms, little kickout sleeves. It's just really cute. There's definitely some kind of like Japanese-y or Asian inspired tailoring going on with this. And it's just really effortless and I think easy. You could similarly wear the jeans with a knit and start wearing them now as part of your winter look. As we sold it today in store, a lady bought this jacket to go with her own jeans that she absolutely loved. So mixing and matching is definitely possible for this look 100%. So don't feel like you need to invest in all of it if actually you've got part... part of it covered, you can actually split them.

And then these cute little tops which we went wild for when we went buying in London last... last year when we were putting our AEQUAMENTE order in because last year we absolutely loved the Clemente Adiala top which was this linen slightly V-neck t-shirt and it had kind of distressed hem on the neckline and it was little spaghetti straps. And basically they just sold so well because in the high summer or when you're going on holiday, you want something that's just a bit more than a string vest top. Jersey can often kind of tone down the look. It takes away that little bit of sharpness if you're wearing something a little bit smarter or dressier.

So what we found was we were selling lots of the Adiala in Linen as with the MANUEL GIBUEL string tops. So when we saw this one as an AEQUAMENTE version, we were all over it because whilst last year they had jersey ones, this one's Cotton. So it just looks that little bit more structured and put together. So dresses up an outfit instead of kind of relaxing it a little bit. So you've got this really pretty neckline which is sat away. It's quite low, which is nice. It's not a high neck because that can make you feel a bit booby. This is lovely just sat on your collarbone. Really, really beautiful. And you've got enough coverage. I don't like my arms, none of us do, but we're going to have to get used to it because it is going to be warm. We hope. And I just think that's a really easy little vest.

This is the length of it. I'm sorry I've creased it up now, but it's boxy, so actually it doesn't need a tuck in. It's a great length anyway. But as you know, I have two-foot legs and a very long torso, so for me a French tuck is always the way to go. And that's a size... I think it's a SIZE 42. And I like it better like that. I'd rather it be bigger and a SIZE 42 than a SIZE 40 where it's like this and then I look like my boobs are strapped in. That's not the look. So bigger is better for me on that one. So yeah, that's me.

Yas: Lovely! I love seeing a bit of Dark Wash Denim. Recently we've had a lot of the Light Wash, the Stone Wash, but it's really refreshing to have a bit of Dark Denim. I also tried it on with this beautiful Legno Brown colour from AEQUAMENTE and it worked beautifully with that because it's all really tonal with the Brown buttons on the jacket. And this colour is absolutely delicious. I'm a really big fan of the AEQUAMENTE so I'm really pleased it's here. We have bought a lot this season because it is all just so good.

A few pieces of Hanno arrived in this delivery as well, but it is predominantly AEQUAMENTE and it's a lot of that gorgeous crinkled Cotton stretchy fabric which I'm wearing today. Like I said, this the new colourway that's called Legno. It's a really gorgeous kind of Caramel Brown. Stunning. And it works beautifully with these shoes from SORT AARHUS. These are... I can tell already, I've had them on two nights in a row even though it's freezing outside, these are going to be my new favorite for the summer. Definitely.

Aside from the AEQUAMENTE, we've also had new arrivals from LOFINA and SORT AARHUS that have gone online today. I just want to show you another style. If a ballet pump or whatever we're calling these dolly shoes isn't your thing, they've also done this really gorgeous slider style crossover strap and it's the really comfy classic LOFINA base as well. But this colour works, as you can see, beautifully with the Legno. It's got... it's actually Suede on the upper which is just so beautiful and they tarnished it. So it's got all that distressed element going on and the colour for me feels a bit 70s in itself with it being that Suede Brown. It's beautiful. But I love a dolly shoe and I'm just so pleased with how they work with the AEQUAMENTE.

So let's talk through pieces. This is the classic scarf. It's 100% Cashmere. Absolutely beautiful. Comes in this colour, the Sand, and Pink, which we're going to show you in a minute. Absolutely beautiful. Actually, could you pass me the Pink scarf? I think it'd look really... actually both scarves because the colours all work together beautifully this time. Great scarf, really lightweight and there's a lot of it as well. I think they are around the £200 mark but you can really see the value in them, they're gorgeous.

So this is the Pink, which I'm just so excited the fact that there's Pink in AEQUAMENTE this time. It's amazing Baby Pink as well, gorgeous. I just wanted to see how those colours tone. Personally I would, definitely. There's a big oversized Pink coat which I'll show you in a minute as well that'd look great over this. But just really... it's just really refreshing to have some Baby Pink. It feels like spring's around the corner. Yeah, you can have it. Now the long one, long Pink. In the studio we saw this colour with the Chalk, but I thought I'd mix it up, put it with the Legno. Absolutely gorgeous. The scarf in the Pink tones with the Cotton fabric, but it is a slightly different depth of Pink, but I do think it works. I'm even just fiddling. Get myself sorted.

So this is the Baby Pink. What are they calling the Baby Pink, Eloise? Rosa. Rosa. It's absolutely delicious. It's so lightweight and it feels divine. It's got stretch to it. It's a lovely length and for me, this is definitely the kind of thing you'd want to wear to a wedding, you know, a full Pink outfit, which we've done. The trouser as well. It's just beautiful. Obviously the kind of thing you can wear and wear again. Jade's got a full Pink outfit on. I look like a bubblegum fairy princess. It is beautiful. I'm living my best life. So nice.

Yeah, but I'm so pleased it's here. I've been so excited for it to arrive. These are... so the jacket I'm wearing, this is the classic shape that we've seen before. It's the more fitted style. I actually find they're coming out quite big this time because basically I started in a SIZE 38 and then I went to a SIZE 36 and now this is a SIZE 34. And for me, I like the shape of this SIZE 34. It's neat enough, it cinches in at the waist and it's still comfortable due to all the stretch. And I feel like I've even got some room still, but it depends on preference if you want to go up a size and get enough room for your light knitwears and other pieces. You can also do that. Then new added detail, you've got these front-facing pockets with this added kind of asymmetric lining that just peeks through at the bottom there. It's quite subtle, but very, very cute.

And then trousers, these are a new style from AEQUAMENTE. They're a great Lydia trouser to be honest. She has her eye on these. They are similar to some MAMA B shapes I'd say, maybe like a Bianco but a bit narrower, not as balloon. But I say they're similar to MAMA B because they are more for a petite frame, definitely. I'm 5'5", I've got them quite low actually on the hips. You could pull them up, but for me I like a little bit more length, so I have them just on my hips. You've still got that nice drop and the hem comes in beautifully. It's tapered slightly at the bottom. Still got all the gorgeous crinkle detail on the pockets. It's just fab. And then same top Jade had on, I'm wearing it in the SIZE 36 and it fits lovely. You don't want it too tight as she said, you want it to feel relaxed and loose and lovely. Do a bit of tuck if you wanted. But they're just a really gorgeous bit of detail for your base layers. That's me.

Val: It's my turn! So I thought, you know what, I'm going to mix it up. Pardon? Can I get a photo? Oh, sorry. Sorry. Perfect, thank you. Um, so I have, because I wasn't here when the ANNETTE GÖRTZ came in. This is the ANNETTE GÖRTZ pant. They're absolutely gorgeous. And I'm in a SIZE 40. They're quite roomy this particular size and I just love that Cream detail going on with the hem. And I thought, you know what, how good would that look with the AEQUAMENTE jacket in... now I don't know if this is the Cream or the Natural. Cream. I'm not sure. Chalk! Because there's Chalk and... hang on, hang on, hang on. It's Chalk and it's a SIZE 40, girls, because I wanted it to be boxy. The colour 100% works with this trouser. So if you want a different look, you want to work the ANNETTE GÖRTZ in. Absolutely amazing.

And I've got the SORT AARHUS clogs on, and you know I live in them. But this trouser is actually short enough you could wear it with one of the dolly shoes or a pair of the LOFINA sandals. It's just a perfect shape. But it's got a little bit of stretch, you've got a button finish but it's elasticated at the back. So a real comfort fit and I just think that's such a nice touch with the Cream picking up the jacket. That's me.

Jade: Come in! I've gone all out. I'm not messing about. There's no messing about from me this evening. Oh hang on, she wants picture. Right, I'm off to a festival! It does need to warm up a bit and the sun come out because it's a bit dark, but otherwise I'm 100% there. I love this. Absolutely love it. It's not even the Pink that I... obviously I love Pink, I do. But it's not just that, it's the shape of the tailoring. Like the trousers, how they like kick out a bit. I think the Pink trousers in that shape are so flattering. Coming up bigger and longer. Just a bit more... yeah, about them. Which is nice.

I just... I've got to say, never really seen myself as an AEQUAMENTE girl. Not necessarily where I've gone, but I think that all of these shapes are absolutely gorgeous and I've just layered them all on top of each other. Well the thing is, Yas, I don't... I feel like it's a bit grown up. And I dress like a child most of the time, let's be honest, like all the different colours together. So maybe I've just not seen it as something that I can do and now it's available in Pink it's like "Oh yeah, obviously". Because you love it and have done for a while. The skirts and the little jackets you've been a fan of for a while. They're gorgeous.

Yeah, absolutely love it. It's the tailoring for me. Like maybe because I'm a mom now, maybe I need a bit more help. So I put these on and I'm like "Oh, there's my sass!". Yeah, love it. Obviously you saw this bag. We did sell a few of these last night already. So I won't go on about it but it is the most beautiful colour. It's like a Nutella. Reminds me of something you'd eat. Something really chocolatey. So I'll pass that. And it matches the Tobacco quite beautifully so that's probably why I've gravitated towards it. I put the hat on just for a bit of fun because basically if you were wearing this outfit in full summer, why wouldn't you put the hat on with it because it's just ace. It's ANNETTE GÖRTZ of course. But I will take it off because one must remind ourselves that it's 3 degrees and dark.

So, double Pink here. I've got the jacket that's more oversized over the top and then I've done what Lisa is so good at, which is where she puts the jacket on underneath and treats it like a shirt. The benefit of that is that you can leave on the inner, take this one off say you go for dinner. You arrive with the kind of double look and it's absolutely amazing, but then you can take this off and you've still got the full suited look. So this is how I would derobe, but then I would actually open these buttons because I prefer it under... yeah, I'm just checking size. SIZE 36. So they come up really roomy, really generous.

So yeah, have we gone up to a SIZE 48 this time? So that's an extra size than we've done before. Oh okay, so if you're what, like a SIZE 18 is that probably? Yeah, 18-20. Because naturally the AEQUAMENTE is kind of Italian sizing. It's not as big, it's a bit more European sizing. So whilst some of our labels like RUNDHOLZ for example is a little bit more of an androgynous oversized fit, AEQUAMENTE's not like that, it's more of the European. So we do find that you have to go up a size occasionally, particularly in like the neat jackets or if you're busty like I am. So the fact we're doing a SIZE 48 means that that's even more inclusive, so that's brilliant because it's a great pant particularly if you're curvy, and a great boxy jacket. It works for everybody so hopefully that'll be a winner.

I just love it. I just love it. I actually, whilst I've styled it with this Cream underneath, I actually would do what Yas did a minute ago and put the Tobacco colour underneath because I really love that combination. So if I just grab the scarf, it's like Neapolitan ice cream. It would be more this. And that for me anchors it down a little bit. It makes it... it gives it a bit of depth along with the... because obviously there's a lot of Baby Pink here. So I would prefer to do that rather than as Yas says Neapolitan ice cream, I would anchor it down with a slightly slubbier colour. Black could work too or Navy, Red, whatever.

So that's my little croppy jacket. It's got the little pocket detail that falls slightly longer, which is sweet. This is a SIZE 38 I think. No, I'll have to check. I think it might be a SIZE 34 because I went down two sizes. It is a SIZE 34. So you went down sizes? They come up big, the jacket. Okay, so the jackets come up big. The bottoms come up right. Yeah, these have got some room in them. They're nice. They're actually a really comfortable fit. They feel great.

And then the shoes. I would say if the... those SORT AARHUS trouser in particular, if that's coming up too long when you order these pieces, try a size down because that makes them obviously fit better into the waist and it brings the length up. Well these are perfect, I think they're a SIZE 38. They are. And these new shoes are so cute! How tiny do my ankles look? Come on, they are so cute. They're very cool girl, these. I tell you why they're so cool girl, because they're so understated. They're giving... I'm not even in a LOFINA, what are you talking about? But obviously they are comfort and style, but they're just so understated. It's because the colour matches the sole so perfectly so it's almost effortless. You can't really even see you've got a shoe on. It's just invisible. It's just absolutely... very, very cool. Are we taking them? These are mine.

Yas: We love that they're... but they're not completely flat like your ballet shoe you've got on is like the flattest. And sometimes that's too flat. Sometimes the high is too high. Now we've got an in-betweeny. It's got your sole, you've got a little bit of depth but flatter, so we've got a choice. We can have a down day and then a high day. That's lovely. Really nice. Who's next? Me.

Okay, so I am... I've not actually seen myself. This is gorgeous. This is HANNO WESSEL. The two pieces from HANNO WESSEL that we received so far, and we absolutely fell in love with this suit. The trousers are amazing. It's... there's a lot of similar colours in AEQUAMENTE this time. There's a Sand and there's a Chalk. And while they may look similar on the rail, actually when you try them on you can really tell the difference. The Sand is a bit warmer, it's more of a tonal colour for the Legno. It's... Val's got it on now. It's a bit creamier. And then the Chalk is a bit more icy, putty kind of colourway. Goes a bit more that side.

Then this from HANNO WESSEL is kind of in-between the two all over again. If you know your Creams and you're a fan of neutrals you'll understand what I'm talking about. If not then I'm... sound like I've absolutely lost the plot. I've styled the suit with this AEQUAMENTE Sand scarf, so you've now seen every single colour. They're just gorgeous and effortless and really just finish off a look.

Then this is the suit. Love the collars high. It's a gorgeous shape. It's, I think I'm in the SIZE 36. I probably could go down to the SIZE 34 because there is still a bit of room, but I'm... I'm liking this fit. It feels comfortable and straight. It's still got that same crinkle textured effect that AEQUAMENTE does, but it feels a little bit more so in this fabric because I think it's Linen. If you see really close you can see that texture. It's really gorgeous. You just want to touch it. Beautiful. And it almost feels like it's got wire in the jacket because of that stiffness that the Linen gives it. It's gorgeous. You've got your two... no, three buttons at the top and this really gentle curve here which again elongates the legs which I could definitely use a bit of help in that department. And then a lovely vent at the back. As with Hannoh, it just has that gorgeous weight to it. It's lined with Cotton. Just feels a little bit... bit a tiny bit more... more heavyweight than the AEQUAMENTE.

And it's lined with this bright, fresh white Cotton. Gorgeous. You can see the difference actually if I hold that... that's True White and with that next to it you can see kind of this shade of neutral. Hopefully. Then we've gone for the Legno top from AEQUAMENTE underneath and these are the trousers. I love this shape. So they are fixed waist at the front, elasticated at the back so you've got plenty of comfort and room. So if you do want to pull them up you can and if you do want to wear them a bit slouchier and create a little bit of a drop-crotch look, also fine. With the same hem which I think that's nice to be able to create two different looks depending on what kind of shoes you're wearing. What else? Zip, button to fasten and I just love where the pockets are because they're front-facing slightly. You don't feel like you're adding any bulk when they're, you know, at the side seam. So I really like that. And the shape of the trouser is brilliant, it's like an ankle grazer on me, wide and fluted. Looks so cute with the little SORT AARHUS shoes.

And I just wanted to see this coat on top. This is my favorite piece. This is the AEQUAMENTE. Same... yeah, same style as I had on in the Pink. It's got that little cute Peter Pan collar and this is definitely the kind of thing you can start wear... wear straight away with your chunky knits underneath. It's absolutely beautiful and just so happy Brown's back for winter. I mean, summer! It's so... I love all those earthy tones in the summer. I just think it's so rich and timeless. Looks great with this suit underneath and you could probably finish it off with the scarf or something like that. Maybe the... the Brown or the Sand again. It's just gorgeous. And you can see what I mean about the textures being similar. So even though one's HANNO WESSEL and one's AEQUAMENTE, they all work together beautifully.

Val: I just had a bit of a yawn with got wet eyes, it's because I yawned. We have been in Germany all week, so absolutely knackered! Oh, can I say that? Too late. So mashing it up again. This is AEQUAMENTE, beautiful shape jacket, love it, love the curl details on the hems. It's that crinkled design. This is a big oversized jacket so I'm in a SIZE 36. So you can see how oversized it is. I love the fact it kicks out. And I've paired it with the ANNETTE GÖRTZ wide pant. It's absolutely beautiful. I love the shape. I need high-waisted because my waist is high and it gives me a longer leg and I just love the pant with that. I think it's absolutely beautiful. You can see it's kind of a Greeny Brown tone. It's got a bit of a shine to it but it's a fantastic shape and not overly long. So if you've got regular sized legs, which I haven't, it's probably going to end here, which is such a great... great trouser. It's amazing.

And now in this trouser I've had to go up a size. I'm in a SIZE 42 and I'm probably a good 14. As you can see, cuts a lovely shape. Really, really lovely. Little bit of stretch but a fixed waistband with it... it literally just a tiny bit of stretch. So very comfortable. And that's me. Are we done, ladies?

Eve: Yeah, if I could grab another one of you both together. Perfect. No, all good.

Val: Okay.

Yas: Yeah, I don't need to go into too much detail because you've seen these pieces before. This is the Legno trouser in the long balloon style that Jade was wearing. I just think they're absolutely gorgeous. Fixed waist, elasticated at the back. Is it? No. No. No, fixed. Fixed waist. Yes. But there is stretch in the fabric. I'm wearing them in a size... SIZE 38, these ones are. And when I had the Pink SIZE 38 on, I definitely noticed they were longer. So something to bear in mind. Same little top on and then I've got the Sand and the fitted style. Gorgeous.
