LIVE SHOW TRANSCRIPT
Jade (Off-Camera): We are live.
Jade: Thank you! Hello, girls. We are very excited to have Yas back. No, we are. It’s nice to have Yas back. So, we were live a little bit earlier as normal. Hope that’s okay. We have got some customers in, so if we have to work around those a little bit, we will. But we just thought we’d mix it up a bit tonight, didn’t we? We thought we’d show you... Liesa, specifically, is going to show you a little bit of pre-loved because we had a stonking day yesterday with some great pre-loved that went online, but there are a few exciting items still available. So, she’s going to focus on that. And Yas and I have just gone a bit rogue, haven’t we?
Yas: Yeah, well, just having a play.
Jade: Yeah, having a bit of a play. Still some lovely pieces. I’m still amazed that some of these pieces exist. This scarf—why is nobody buying this? What’s wrong with you? Aren't you buying it? I’ve got one of these; absolutely love it. And mine was, like, five years ago maybe, when they did the PINK last time, and I still absolutely love it. And actually, this one’s easier to use than mine because...
Yas: It’s an absolute bargain, Jade.
Jade: Go on, tell me.
Yas: Sixty-five pounds.
Jade: No way! Imagine that you could buy that as a Christmas present for someone for next year.
Yas: Yeah. Or if you’re going skiing and need a bit of fun.
Jade: Oh, love! That’s why I look after mine and keep mine forever. I’ve got, things... five? I’ve got BLUE, RED...
Yas: PINK. Yeah.
Jade: The other PINK.
Yas: GREEN.
Jade: The... KHAKI. DONGOL? No, I haven't got DONGOL.
Yas: It’s in OAK GOLD.
Jade: Mine’s PINK.
Yas: Yeah, but you've got that GREEN-y one.
Jade: BROWN. Yeah. Yeah. So, basically, what we’re saying is: you need them. Because there’s always an outfit that you’ve got on that you can zhoosh with a bit of faux fur. Always. Or sheepskin, actually. So yeah, so that’s that. And when you’re not wearing it, you could just literally put it like on a chair or on the end of your bed to just... sorry. Can I give one of these to Minouche, do you think? It’s sixty quid. I mean, I’ve probably bought more expensive things. Because you could, you could... it’s big enough to have...
Yas: DALMATIAN-ed out of it for her.
Jade: Yeah. It’s going to make a little gilet. I think she’s got a gilet in that DARK PINK colour.
Yas: No, she’s got many, but not this specific shade of PINK.
Jade: Not LOBSTER. Just every other shade of PINK and... It’s just lovely. Anyway, so I’m a big fan.
Yas: Well, I think we’ve just sold one.
Jade: Well, I’m not surprised. It’s an absolute bargain. And there’s RED as well, I believe. So if PINK’s not exactly your colour, don’t fret; you can have RED. And it’s a really popping RED as well. I haven’t got one right there, I’m sorry, but you’ll see it online. So, then I’ve got the velvet coat. It’s actually a Large, but I don’t think it matters at all because it’s an oversized piece anyway. So, I’m only probably a size 10-12. It’s Large; it doesn’t matter. It just is excellent. It’s dropped shoulder. It’s so fun, this colour.
Yas: Yeah, you’ve cheered me up.
Jade: Have I? I feel cheery. I feel like I’m in a cheery mood. Because I’m not going to lie, girls, I’m a little bit fuming this week. No idea, no idea why. Sometimes I just wake up with hatred in my heart.
Yas: Oh, Jade.
Jade: Yeah, it doesn’t matter what I do, I just feel fury. But I’m getting through it, I’m battling on. There’s nothing that’s actually upset me. So, hopefully, it’ll just pass. I think what it is, probably, is hormonal. But I never know because I don’t actually have that...
Yas: Don’t make eye contact, Eve; just duck. Avoid.
Jade: Avoid. We’re going to avoid you now; I didn’t realize. Yeah. No, I’ve said quite a few times that I’ve got hatred in my heart today. Stefan was like, “Hmm, sister.” I know. And he said, “Well, maybe you’re just due one or something,” that’s what men say, isn’t it? And I was like, “Well, maybe, I don’t know, I don’t know.” Anyway, so yeah, so there’s that. So, yeah, the outfit’s cheery.
Yas: If you’ve got hatred in your heart, then let me know. You just need a bit of PINK.
Jade: What you need is some dopamine dressing. Yeah. Whilst you might feel BROWN and GREY... lift the PINK. So, but you’re right, I’m cheered up. I might be just cheered up because you’re here, Yas, and Eve’s here, and Eloise is here, and Kirstie and Liesa, and we’ve just been having girl time, really. Just chatting.
Yas: I can’t wait to tell everyone about my holiday.
Jade: That’s why I’ve got hatred in my heart. Trust me, it’s really boring.
Yas: Only because you didn’t go.
Jade: Well, yeah, because she went with other friends.
Yas: I think I might have said that on the show the other day. Yas is away with the other friends.
Jade: Did you say something about a sabbatical?
Yas: Yes, because I saw a comment about a sabbatical come through. Yeah. And I thought, “I bet that’s in relation to me.”
Jade: No! No! January’s been Yas’s sabbatical. She’s never here.
Yas: I was going to say, I haven’t really done much work.
Jade: Yeah, Yas hasn’t done January to be honest. She did joke about that at the beginning of the month, and we didn’t really take it seriously. We were just like, “Yeah, yeah, okay.” But no, really, she hasn’t really done January. So, I’m thinking of taking March and April off. That feels about the time when I...
Yas: I would like to go to Rome as well.
Jade: I want to go to Rome!
Yas: It’s not for me, Rome.
Jade: You don’t like cities, do you?
Yas: I don’t like cities.
Jade: Yeah, but they’ve got a lot of history there. You’d like that.
Yas: I do like history.
Jade: I’ll go and I’ll let you know if it’s worth it. Yeah, with the other friends. I’ve been! I’ve been to Rome twice. I didn’t like either trip. The first time I got food poisoning and spent the whole time in my room. Mum was thrilled. And the second time, actually, I got IBS and spent the whole time in my room. Oh my god. Basically, don’t eat pizza. It bloats you. Feel rubbish. Delicious. Actually, when we were away, Stefan had an incident with the old stomach ache.
Yas: It’s the constitution of the Kotowskis.
Jade: And it was a pizza. I left him; I just left him at home. I was like, “I’m going.” Too much dairy and too much gluten and the Kotowskis decombust; it’s like, rawr. Right, I’m going to tell you the codes of my outfit, because whilst I’ve been talking rubbish, you’ve been watching me twirl around in this and it’s most wonderful.
Yas: That’s a lovely jumper.
Jade: I really do like this shade. Nice. Good one. Did you see the jumper I wore last night? The RED and BLACK one.
Yas: I can’t say I did, Jade.
Jade: What a shape, Yas! What? RED and WHITE? RED and BLACK. Oh, the MARLEY one. Yeah. I thought that jumper looked a bit ugly on the rail, I’m not going to lie, and then I put it on and I was like, “Whoa!” It was amazing. Well, this one’s cheering me up. Yeah, this one’s good too, but I knew this one was amazing. It’s not such a surprise; like, obviously it is. It’s got your little collar, it’s nice and croppy, swingy at the back. Like, obviously this is a jumper that you should own, obviously. And when these are half price, I mean, for God’s sake, it’s ninety-odd quid. You just would, wouldn’t you? Yeah. I’ve been in ZARA recently; you can’t get anything for less than that really there even. So... anyway, let’s have the code. It’s 3620702. It’s actually a Medium, but it’s not big at all; it’s absolutely fine. And then these trousers are, of course, dogtooth check. It’s the ROSE and LOTUS dogtooth together. They are an Extra Small. I could go up a size, but I’m quite happy in these two. And then I’ve put them on with the clogs because I’m going to be honest with you girls, I’ve had enough of boots now. I want to transition to a shoe.
Yas: What you need is a pump.
Jade: I do. I’ve worn my LOFINA trainers. And on that note—this is dead naughty, but I’ve done something and I’ve not asked anyone’s permission, but I did it anyway—the gold LOFINA trainers that everybody wants, I’ve reduced them. So, they’re online now in the outlet for two hundred pounds. And I’m wearing my trainers that are the same today. They’re so comfy and they give you a bit of height, they’re brilliant. So have a look at those. Two hundred quid, and there’s a code that gives you a further thirty percent off, which is EXTRA30, all caps. You wanted a pair of them, didn’t you?
Yas: The trainers?
Jade: Yeah. So yeah, Lisa’s got a pair... no. Did you have a pair? No, not yet. Poor Lisa. Lisa wants a pair. Paula’s got a pair. I’ve got a pair. So clearly...
Yas: Jade hasn’t put them in the outlet. But you can find them by going to the design, you know.
Jade: Can you put them in the outlet? Because then we’ll get the further thirty percent, which is just ludicrous. That makes them like... hang on a minute now, math... two hundred pounds, ten percent, twenty-four... that makes them a hundred and sixty pounds? Well done, Jade. Is it? Does it? Am I wrong, Liesa? Thirty percent off a hundred is thirty, sixty. So it makes a hundred and forty. Brilliant. 140. That’s good. Yeah. So I’ve finished it with the crop... oh, I’m doing what mum’s doing here and calling these clogs "crocs." Clogs. They are croc-printed, aren’t they? Yeah. Not Crocs like the embarrassing shoe; croc-like alligator. Get off! Get off! I’ve had enough!
Yas: Hi everyone! Nice to be back. Both of us lovely. Thank you so much, dressing. actually, I’ve got a story because I fell over. I knew we wouldn’t be able to get away without this story. Sobs, dead sobs. I said, I’ve never fallen over like that in my adult life. And as a child, as you know, I’m quite a clumsy person. If you inspect my knees, they’re covered in scars, battle wounds from Year 6. I used to play on gravel. I used to fall over every, every day. And today or the other day was the first time I’ve fallen over as an adult. My word, it was a fall. Smashed my elbow, both knees back. If you zoom in really, really close. Sorry about the noise. Oh, they’re nice bags. Different sizes, aren’t they? Yeah. So yeah, for today’s show, I have not taken a leaf out of Jade’s book. I’ve gone towards the PLU collection, and I’ve dipped into the DARK BROWN and BLACK palette, all brought together by this beautiful MAINLINE scarf that I’m told just helps scores these lovely new clothes through without going public. Thank you. Okay, so this is the MAINLINE scarf. I’m really accessorized up. No idea. Okay. This is—is it half a scarf?
Jade (Off-Camera): Yeah.
Yas: Yes. Half a scarf. Beautiful. I can’t believe we’ve got any of these left. In fact, I might buy it myself now. It’s gorgeous. And I love the fact it’s got this knitted back. I think it’s like a MERINO and CASHMERE mix on the piece of the BROWN turf knitwear, and then you’ve got the silky printed scarf on the front, which just has the most beautiful combination of colours. Especially if you wear a lot of darks and want to wear your BROWNS and your BLACKS together, this kind of gels it all together beautifully. It’s gorgeous. You’ve got the big crosses that are printed on the scarf, which obviously if you’re wearing PLU, I feel like that’s a little great touch of detail because the PLU pieces all have the blue plus. Yes, blue plus. Oh. So yeah, look, I’m going to keep it quite simple. I’m going to... because I’ve put the overall on to start with from PLU. I’m just going to keep layering, as I love to do, and just find a few bits to bring it all together. Because it’s just such an easy piece, and really, it shouldn’t be in the sale because it’s jersey, it’ll take you through to the spring/summer easily and it’s classic PLU shade. In fact, I think we’ve got a jumpsuit coming in this time for spring/summer, which is denim, sleeveless I think. But it’s still that drop-crotch shape, big patch pocket at the front, and just so effortless and really comfortable. I’m wearing the Extra Small, but it’s just a really great base layer, especially when you’re not sure what to wear. I’m a bit like that at the minute. I’m a bit fed up with all my clothes; I just want comfort and just... just ease to get me through January and into February when we can start receiving all our new exciting pieces. So yeah, it’s a great one just to start and layer up with. And I’ve thrown on this One Size crop pullover from PLU again. This is the CHOCOLATE colour. Love all the distressed details on this piece. You can see on the seam and on the ribs, you’ve got the... look at that, it’s just a really lovely detail. Especially if you were styling it with larger pieces like that or these, the BONE from MAINLINE. They work really well as well. And it’s just so comfortable. Also comfy. You know, if you don’t want to wear a big jacket and just want to layer up with soft sweatshirt material, it’s just "more is more." So there’s the BONE. Again, surprised we’ve got any of these left. This is the RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE BONE, like sweatpant... I say sweatpant, but it’s sweatshirt fabric. Obviously, it’s a jacket. It’s one of the more oversized bits. I’m wearing size Small. And yeah, if I was to put the scarf back on, it would complete it quite nicely. Does that work? I don’t have a mirror, so it’s a bit... I hope it’s all layering well. And then, I’ll stick another layer on. It’s freezing cold outside and I’ve just come back from somewhere where it is less freezing cold. Does that work? Am I one too many layers? Maybe one too many? I don’t know, it’s hard to tell in that mirror. But you know, the colours work, so if you wanted to exchange the sweatshirt jacket for a puffer, also it’s just... so that’s me. I will show you the jumpsuit in a minute, but I’ll let Liesa on first.
Liesa: Good afternoon! I picked one of my favourite pieces from pre-loved. It’s this beautiful, I think it’s MAINLINE jacket. It’s my favourite because it’s got all the wiring. So, there’s like a wire that runs all the way around all the way to there, so you can scrunch it up, you can scrunch the pockets. You've got the collar. I absolutely love it. Val’s got a beautiful wool coat like this, and every time she wears it I want to steal it off her. So, I’m always looking for pieces with wiring. I wish RUNDHOLZ would do it again, because I’ll be there. Oh, we’ll see! We’ll see at the weekend. It’s just gorgeous. I’ve put it on with AEQUAMENTE and MANANMIS. Oh, what a collection, all together! Eve, you did say "mash it up." So this is the beautiful... MANUEL GUIBAL? Did I say MANUEL GUIBAL? I said MANANMIS. Oh, sorry. MANUEL GUIBAL just came to me. Not MANANMIS; I’m lying. Sorry, MANUEL GUIBAL just came to me. This is the beautiful, it’s the little neat scarf in CASHMERE. Sure it’s CASHMERE, isn’t it?
Jade (Off-Camera): Yes.
Liesa: It is. It’s just gorgeous. And the colour is just timeless, isn’t it? When you’ve got a piece like this in your wardrobe, it’s just so soft. Perfect length. There’s that one. So, now you can see the jacket. It’s double-breasted. It’s got all these little drip details. And then the lining has got like this check on it. The attention to detail... see what I mean? You can just... I’ve got no mirror, so I can’t see what I look like. Do I look right, girls?
Yas: It’s lovely! Yeah, it’s really nice.
Liesa: See what I mean? Oh my god, it’s just so clever. I don’t know why it’s still here in pre-loved. It is a size Medium. But yeah, the lining is lovely with that check. You can see it when you pull it back on the cuffs. And the colour, this is very... I’d say KHAKI. LIGHT KHAKI, almost KHAKI-GREY. Then we’ve got veins of like AUBERGINE and BLACK and GREY. So, it’s quite a basic colour palette, I think. It goes with a lot of things. Really nice. It’s quite lightweight, so it’d be a great transitional piece. Thank you, Kirstie. And then, I know this is too big, but it’s just gorgeous. We haven’t got many left. This is the last one. I’m not sure what size it goes... I’m obsessed with that pullover. It’s gorgeous. I tried it on a few weeks back and I’m still thinking about it. Is this the last one?
Yas: I think it might be.
Liesa: It’s so nice. And you can’t even feel it on your body. It’s so nice. It’s so warm and so soft. You know when you said you wanted a jumper earlier on? This should have been the piece. That should have been it. Didn’t even think about that. I know. When you went up, I went downstairs and I’m like, “Ah, that could have been the piece.” Luckily she didn’t have it. I win! So I’m not sure what size it is, sorry. Do you know with you having your computer out?
Jade (Off-Camera): I’ve got it. Is it T3? T3.
Liesa: T3. But I mean, it’s just gorgeous. Got a drop sleeve in it. And then I’ve got the AEQUAMENTE wide-leg trouser on in a 38, I think. Have a look... sorry, 36. I’d say they’re a perfect fit. They’re a fixed waistband. You've got your pockets, side pockets, and that lovely crinkle effect with the wide leg. And then I’ve got these boots on that I’ve never worn before. I thought, I can’t wear my favourite boots again. You've got your leggings on still? I’ve got my leggings on underneath, yeah, so I can show you the full... it’s like a little stretchy sock. But if you want something a little bit dressier, I think they work because it’s got the stacked heel rather than the thicker sole. That’s me.
Yas: Ooh, Jade! Wow!
Jade: I’m dressed as me. Wow! What, Harry Styles today? Yes, Harry Styles. Yeah. He’s got a new album coming out soon. Very excited about that. Hopefully he’ll be coming to England and sing for us. So, I have dressed as me, which is basically as kind of over-the-top as you can go, really, all at the same time. I love textures, colours, and fabrics that are really luxurious. So, I’ve got some velvet, I’ve got some leather, I’ve got some gold, and then Yas threw this scarf at me at the end because obviously it is cold. And whilst the outfit, you might not want to wear a coat with... you know what I mean? You wouldn’t want to hide the outfit with a big coat because it’s "done." If I was going on a night out, I might feel like, "Well, I just need something because it’s a bit cold."
Yas: It’s too late to realize for me that FLAMINGO and SEPIA really goes. Is it a bit late?
Jade: We know! That’s why that wall in there is painted FLAMINGO. I know, but it’s the same! Yeah. Get a conversation, isn’t it, Yas? That’s what they do. Okay. Anyway. So, if you haven’t got one of these scarves and unlike me, you’re not allergic to it, then you definitely have to have one. That is the best colour I’ve ever seen from RUNDHOLZ. I absolutely love it, and I just wish I could wear it. However, I have got the leather jacket, so I have got some colour in with that, which I’ll throw on in a minute. So this is MAMA B ZIPPOLO—as Kirstie said is the colour—or CIPOLLA. And this is SIMONE and it’s an Extra Small. It’s a lovely little shape because it’s just kind of boxy, just croppy, which looks great with this. And it can be worn casually for the day, but I could easily wear that for the evening because of the colour of it and the fact it’s velvet. I think that could be easily an evening piece. So, really nice. Yes. Sasha says you look great. Thank you! I don’t dress as me very often because it’s quite high maintenance dressing as me, actually. A lot of layers. I’ve got this shirt. And as I say, a bit high maintenance, so don’t wear it very often because it’s a piece. Like, it is a piece. You've got all this collar. Now I don’t like wearing it—I have worn it all the way up like this, and it’s nice for a look, but I prefer undoing it, having this V and letting it kind of fall at the back like that. That’s a shape that RUNDHOLZ does in their shirts, and I just now wear all my shirts like that when I’m wanting something that’s further back. Throw it back and then you get the croppier length at the front, and it’s more like it’s thrown on. You’re not wearing it properly; it’s like a bit more casual, a bit more hippie, I would say. I think it’s just cool. So that’s how I’d wear it with the little French tuck, although it is a little bit shorter at the front anyway and asymmetric as well. I would always French tuck that with the trousers because shows my waist. So that’s that. Could do that at the back as well if I wanted to. And then, this is the only piece of this colour that I can wear. So obviously I had to have it. This is what I’ll wear for Germany.
Yas: You have this jacket?
Jade: Yeah.
Yas: What? I haven’t seen you in it.
Jade: I’ve never worn it.
Yas: It’s downstairs.
Jade: No, this is a Small; mine’s a Medium. Yeah, so I can wear this. Because we’re not sure what to wear. We haven’t got any clothes, have we, Yas? None. We haven’t got anything we can wear for Germany. Because by now, all the spring/summer’s normally landed, or at least a little bit, and that’s what we wear, and it hasn’t. So, we’re going to have to wear clothes that we’ve been wearing for six months and we’re bored of them.
Yas: It’s blooming snowing outside, so nobody wants to wear spring/summer.
Jade: I know. We want... we’re ready now for new things, aren’t we, Yasmin? We’re ready now. So, this is a Small. Mine’s actually a Medium because I needed a slightly bit bigger than this because it’s not got a lot of give. But we have got an Extra Small left as well. And it’s just divine. And then of course I’ve got the... not BOND... SALVIA trouser. Don’t know what size they are though. 38. So yeah. So that’s that. So that’s me. I’m all done. I’m going home now.
Yas: You going to the gym?
Jade: No, I’m not; I’m going to the gym and then I’m going to Nando’s to eat chicken. I’m just going to finish this boot. And I’m very jealous that you’ve got this for Germany. We need to do some homework with me. Definitely. Okay, so I’m sticking with the PLU jumpsuit. Jill, I think you’d enjoy this PLU jumpsuit. You don’t have it, but I think it’s a good starter for ten. It’s very comfortable; it’s jersey. Take a picture. Smile. But yeah, I’ve worn it with my last outfit and I’ve worn it with this and it completely changes depending on what you’ve put on top of it. But it’s just a really useful long-sleeve base layer for all your layers. And I’ve gone for more BROWN because it is, as always, my favourite colour. I can’t believe we’ve got any of this scarf left. Any in the TURF. And we’ve got this, which is the MERINO and CASHMERE mix scarf, I believe. Very generous but not too oversized. It’s lovely. And the code is 3117708. In fact, I’ve really been eyeing up one of these myself. Just, you know, for like a nice drape of something. Keep your hands off you. Plus, sometimes they can just be the outfit, can’t they? Lovely. Lovely. Very chic. If you had these shoes, which you should if you don’t, they work perfectly with the TURF. And just, I think a pair of shoes, your scarf—I think you could create a lot of outfits with that because they both work with BLACK so... Jill said she thinks you’d have to have something else on. You would! Yeah, but you know, they could work with a lot of things. That’s what I’m saying. So, yeah. More PLU. This is one of the first jackets that we received from the Autumn/Winter, and it’s lovely. It’s stretchy, it’s... I love the fact that it’s not one flat colour; it’s like that cloudy CHOCOLATE colour and it’s lighter on the seam, so it’s got all that distressed cloud-dye element going on. And it’s a shape that I definitely recognize from RUNDHOLZ, you know, that peplum, drop peplum hem. It’s fitted at the top, but somehow feels a bit oversized. Because it isn’t... I think I’m wearing the Extra Small. And if I fasten it up, you’ll see how it fits.
Jade (Off-Camera): I like it when your mum wore it.
Yas: Yeah, Val had... in fact, the season that I’m thinking of from RUNDHOLZ, Val had a piece very similar. It was a shirt, semi-sheer, I think. It had like a... had flowers on. Oh yeah. Really strong piece, and she loved it; she wore it all season. Like this, basically, with drop crotch. But it’s just that really lovely balance of androgynous and different, but a bit feminine as well. Shape’s lovely. Is it—has it got the hem at the back? Or is it flat at the back? Ah, okay. So you’ve got all the ruffle detail at the front. It’s got the BLACK buttons, so if you are styling with BLACK, very effortless. Also looks great open. And I’ve styled it over this CHOCOLATE PLU sweatshirt. Nice, isn’t it? Christine says she loves that jacket. Oh, it’s fab. The code is 8051. And it’s half price, and you can get an extra ten percent off. Is that still a thing? Yeah. "INSIDER10" is the discount code, girls, and you can get even more off them in the sale. So, this is the sweatshirt jacket. I love this piece. Again, it’s like a little bit feminine but still quite grungy. You’ve got the two-way zip, which is really flattering and especially useful over the top of an overall. Because I feel like this, it’s a bit shortening. I’ve got the drop crotch going on, and just by releasing that there, I feel like I’ve literally... I’m a new woman. Gained a few inches, and it’s all sitting better. Orange Hazy says she’s got that jacket and it’s lovely. This one? Oh, it’s fab. It’s very warm as well; it’s quite a thick sweatshirt fabric. Love where the peplum sits as well. Really flattering. Goodbye everyone! I’m going now. See you tomorrow. Bye Yas! Ciao! Yeah, it’s gorgeous. I’ve got the Extra Small on. Nice front-facing pockets. And let’s get to the jumpsuit because I feel like I’ve gone on and on and I’ve not actually shown you. Pay attention, Jill; it’s very nice. Pay attention. So, it’s stretchy jersey. High neck at the front, and it’s got a slight V at the back. Comfortable. You can wear it both ways. Yeah, you can spin it round and have the V at the front if you want. But definitely an all-year-round kind of way. You could wear this in the summer with some sandals and that’s it, really. Maybe a bit of jewelry. But I’m wearing the Extra Small. Nice big front pocket. I like the fact that the sleeves—they are long. Don’t be perturbed when you order this and put it on and it’s like this. It’s supposed to be like that behind you, Yas. The monster. Yeah, RUNDHOLZ monster. But it’s just to create all this ruching and that gathered detail on the sleeve. And especially if you’re layering up over it, it’s nice to have a bit of extra fabric peeking down. And then, yeah, TURF RUNDHOLZ shoes. I’m going to let Liesa on now, but I’m sure I’ve got some more... just a few layers to show you.
Liesa: This is a piece from pre-loved that’s coming in this week. It’s absolutely beautiful. All the fabric that’s in it... I would never give up this piece. It’s gorgeous. It’s AEQUAMENTE. It’s just an OFF-WHITE colour. I would say it’s shower-resistant. It’s got a little crunch to it. I love the collar. Very in-season, I think, this how it does up here. Have the collar stand up. I’ll undo that. But when it came in the other day and I photographed it, I was like, “Oh, it’s gorgeous! Why would you ever give it up?” So, yeah, I’m not sure what size it is, but I don’t think... surprised if it’s One Size. Or a Medium. One hundred percent cotton, did I just see? Let’s look at the lining. Oh, yeah, it has got a coating on it. Yeah, it is all cotton. It’s got a coating and we’ve got the cotton lining. So it’s just a... mac, it is lined. It’s got the CREAM buttons. Absolutely gorgeous. I really do like that piece. Bit like yours, Jill. Well, I’m going to get my hands on this. I got so excited when Jill came in in hers. Oh! I’ve even screenshotted the code, haven’t I? I’m on the hunt. Gorgeous. This is a few years ago. But yeah, this is a little bit longer, I think. It’s a nice length. Nice wide sleeves so you can get your jumpers underneath. Lovely layering piece. Thank you. And then... it's so weird doing this without a mirror. I don’t know what I look like. You have the mirror out, sorry. Did you see this? Do you want to photograph this? You don’t need to photograph this, do you? No. I’ve got the ANNETTE GÖRTZ suit on. Not worn it as a suit, and I’ve definitely not worn it... oh, it’s come undone now... with all the gathering at the back. So you’ve got like a pull-cord inside. Because this is a little bit big for me, but I love the way it nips you in there. Got the little cute little pockets. It’s got a lovely cotton lining and its colour is a beautiful BROWN. Just quite a TAUPEY-BROWN, I’d say. Got the traditional buttons on with the RED thread. And this is a size 40 I’m wearing. That’s that one. And then I’ve got the matching trouser, the PAULA trouser it’s called. I’m wearing 38. It’s fixed and flat at the front, which I love, with the side pockets, which is very clever because it comes off... so instead of your side seam being there, it’s just in slightly. They just follow down and almost disappear. You've got the elastic at the back, so you’ve got the comfort and a bit of ruching at the bottom. And it’s a proper straight leg, I’d say. Just sort of skims your body beautifully. And then I’ve got the AEQUAMENTE beautiful CHOCOLATE-BROWN drop-sleeve jumper on. And this is a Large. But I think it’s okay quite oversized; I quite like it. And then I’ve got my favourite boots on, of course. Had to get them in, didn’t I? BLACK or BROWN, I don’t mind. They’re gorgeous, but they’ve got the BLACK toe on these. So, that’s me.
Yas: Okay, last outfit. This is the last PLU look. I have so far shown this jumpsuit with a cropped-length pullover and a more fitted style, but I just wanted to show that it does also work with a really oversized piece. Sometimes I think those proportions work together; you just have to be careful of the length and the length of the layering piece. But these two balance pretty well. It’s all very beautiful. Again, it’s the CHOCOLATE colour and PLU just... they always do their silhouettes so beautifully. So... no, that came out wrong. They... oh, it’s gone. It’s gone. Let me get the code for this one too. It’s called... or the code is 2109 and it’s One Size. So it is that true sweatshirt-style fabric. You’ve got the ribbed cuff detail on the cuff there, and it’s finished with all that frayed distressed... lovely fabric and finished with two front pockets. I think there is a little tie-cord at the back. Yeah. So you can... I can’t do it very well. I haven’t got anyone behind me. But it just brings it in slightly if you wanted that kind of look at the back. It is kind of an oversized A-line shape. So, really oversized. But it works well. I mean, some people that I know would probably wear it with just like leather leggings or something. Just as a nice easy sloppy jumper. But I think it looks great oversized on this piece. Very nice from the side as well. And even though this jumpsuit is drop-crotch, I would say it’s kind of a "forgiving" drop-crotch—entry-level in some ways. Because it doesn’t bulk out because the fabric’s so soft and fluid. You know, sometimes when you stand from the side, I know Kirstie hates it when drop-crotch kind of can pop pop out at the back or stick out slightly. Because this fabric’s so soft, it doesn’t do that at all. So it’s a great one. Just so comfy; I live in it. I have lived in it the whole show. I’m happy. But that’s it! That’s all for tonight. I feel like we’ve shown a nice little selection. You ready? Yeah. Oh look, we’re both in BROWN. Both in BROWN. Aw! Okay, see you tomorrow. Friday. Can’t believe tomorrow’s Friday. Bye!
