RUNDHOLZ AW26, JACKETS WE LOVE

There are some RUNDHOLZ seasons where one colour takes over. Others are about a particular silhouette or fabric. Autumn/Winter ’26 feels more like a collection of contrasts.

Across RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE, DIP and BLACK LABEL, familiar signatures return, sculptural proportions, unusual layering and trousers that refuse to behave like ordinary trousers, but this season they sit alongside leopard print, weathered denim, soft tactile knitwear and heritage checks.

MAINLINE looks back into the RUNDHOLZ archive while still feeling unmistakably current, DIP takes texture and garment-dyed colour into earthier territory, and BLACK LABEL brings pattern and tailoring into the mix.

We’ve picked four pieces from RUNDHOLZ AW26 that, for us, capture the season particularly well.

THE LEOPARD PRINT STRETCH JACKET

Leopard is one of the strongest stories running through RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE this season but this is very much leopard through a RUNDHOLZ lens.

The print itself has been revisited from the MAINLINE archive, appearing again for AW26 across jackets, trousers, skirts and tactile faux fur. Rather than feeling overtly glamorous, the washed Leo Cloud and Leo Black Cloud tones give it a darker, more weathered quality.

The Leopard Print Stretch Jacket is one of our favourite ways to wear it.

The closer fit gives you something completely different to the oversized coats and wider silhouettes elsewhere in the collection, which makes it especially useful for layering. Wear it with a fuller trouser and let the difference in proportion do the work, or continue the print through the matching drop-crotch trouser if you want the full RUNDHOLZ effect.

We also love leopard against the season’s Ginger, Umbra and Purple tones. It doesn’t need to be treated as a separate statement print within this collection, it almost becomes another neutral.

THE DIP CROPPED FAUX FUR-TRIM DENIM JACKET

If MAINLINE is bringing the print this season, RUNDHOLZ DIP is bringing the texture.

The Cropped Faux Fur-Trim Denim Jacket combines garment-dyed stretch denim with an asymmetric fastening, oversized patch pockets and a wide cropped silhouette. Then there’s the removable tonal faux fur collar, which completely changes the character of the jacket depending on how you wear it.

This is probably the piece that best sums up DIP AW26.

The collection takes its cues from weathered landscapes and a more nomadic mood, moving through Henna, Terracotta, Dakar and Clay rather than conventional winter colour. Denim is treated so that it feels lived-in rather than pristine, while faux fur adds softness and volume against those distressed surfaces.

We’d wear this with the Signature Balloon Denim Trouser or wide-leg denim in a similar tone and lean completely into the colour.

Alternatively, put it over something very simple and fitted underneath. The jacket already has enough going on, the cropped proportion, asymmetric collar and fur trim don’t need much competition.

THE BLACK LABEL HERITAGE CHECK TAILORED JACKET

Then BLACK LABEL changes the mood again.

Its AW26 palette takes inspiration from rich autumnal landscapes, moving through Forest, Lava, Crystal and Bronze, with heritage checks, landscape prints and tactile knitwear running throughout the collection.

The Heritage Check Tailored Jacket is one of our standouts.

The check brings together jewelled, autumnal tones while the jacket itself stays relatively relaxed, with a softly structured shape, classic collar, button fastening and patch pockets. There’s enough shaping through the waist to stop it becoming boxy, but it still has that easy RUNDHOLZ feel.

You could wear it with the matching check trouser and turn it into a full statement suit, but we actually really like the idea of breaking it apart.

Wear the jacket with black velvet or a simple balloon trouser. Add a dark knit underneath. Or bring in faux fur elsewhere to make the different textures work against one another.

It feels traditional at first glance... until you start styling it.

THREE JACKETS, THREE SIDES OF RUNDHOLZ

MAINLINE brings the boldness with leopard print, DIP adds texture through distressed denim and faux fur, while BLACK LABEL takes a more tailored route with rich heritage checks.

Three very different pieces, but all unmistakably RUNDHOLZ, distinctive in shape, strong on texture and designed to completely change the feel of an outfit.

Because sometimes one great jacket is all you need to make the rest of your wardrobe feel new again.
