How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

What Happens to

You can redeem your points 28 days after fulfilment date.

When will I receive my loyalty points if I purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order?

Your loyalty points will be awarded once all items in your order have been received. Since pre-order items take longer to ship, your points will be credited after the entire order has been fulfilled. If you'd like to receive points for in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
