Eve: Ahh I just showed my face.

Yas : Don't worry. Yeah. Happens to the best of us. This is Eve. She's our lovely new starter. She's wonderful. Hello everyone. Sorry we were just catching up on our weekend. It was a bit of a big weekend for House of Valerie. For those of you that don't know, it was our Christmas party on Saturday. If you came in on Saturday, you probably saw me and Kirstie getting ready in the changing rooms. Just takes Kirstie a quick one two. Took me about half an hour. Or longer. But we had a wonderful time at Enzo's in Nantwich. So thank you guys for putting up with us. Because we're not an easy lot to control. Right I'm gonna get going because I'm absolutely boiling. It's very warm in here so if you are planning a visit don't be put off by the weather because it's nice and toasty in here always. What am I wearing? I'm in a little combination of RUNDHOLZ BLACK LABEL and PLU. And I'm feeling a bit inspired today so I'm gonna I've got a rail by the side of me where I'm just gonna.

Paula : Layer.

Yas : Take over the show basically. I'm gonna layer. Yeah. We'll have to post those videos so everyone can see how crazy we are. Right so I have this wonderful scarf on. This is the Boiled Wool from RUNDHOLZ BLACK LABEL in the Rose colour way. Don't think we've got many of these left but they are one of my favourite scarves from BLACK LABEL because they've got so much volume and warmth and length to them. And you can style them in so many different ways and I just think this detail and all the raw edges are really good for styling. And it can really lift an outfit. Look I'm gonna take it off now it's gonna be boring. Well not boring but not as good. Okay. Then I've got Kirstie's favourite jacket on. This is the PLU denim jacket. And it's a great one. It's a really amazing shape. Paula you've had this on before as well.

Paula : Yeah.

Yas : I think it's the first time I've ever worn it. It's lovely. I love the fact that it's A-line and it's wider at the back so you can fit all your chunky knitwear underneath and still create that kind of denim look. You know if you don't want to go for or if you've gone for the RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE fitted Jacket you'll know you can't fit anything underneath so it's a real fitted silhouette. Whereas this one is nice and boxy and a good layer. It's a good layer. Yes. It's got a little tie thing so you can pull that too and just create a little back fashion detail.

Yas : I think that's a Size Medium. Which I'm not complaining about I quite like it. Normally I'd wear a Small but it means I can fit my jumper under nice and easy. Okay. And then underneath I've got this fab Jumper on from BLACK LABEL. This is the Rose colour as I said. It's Boiled Wool so same as the scarf. And it's a different shape this year. We used to do the short croppy boxy swingy style that you'll all know and love. But this one has more volume. It's got a real wide swingy shape and all these little vents that carry forward on the front and the back to create this little swishy kind of look. But really lovely exposed seams on the vertical all the way down. Nice long sleeve length. And they're very warm. So good for the cold weather. And then Trousers. I think I'll stay in these for the entirety of the show because I love them. And they go with everything. And it just means that I can show you more pieces. So that's how I'm justifying it. They are BLACK LABEL. They're a Size Small. And they are roomy. So I'd size down to the Extra Small in these. They're comfortable really stretchy pull on style trouser. Classic balloon leg and a great length for me and I'm 5’5 so I think it finishes at the right length for me when I'm wearing a boot. Love all the pocket details. I know Jade's a fan of this too. What shall I do? I'll put.

Paula : Layer babe layer.

Yas : I was gonna layer but I can't remember what I was gonna layer with.

Jill : You could let somebody else come in in the meantime.

Yas : Oh. Where's that PLU jacket gone?  Okay so this is another PLU Jacket. And I thought actually it works really well with the trouser because you've got these oversized pockets that carry through on the jacket that match the trouser really well. I think that's lovely. And again it's I think I'm in a Size Small but these come up quite generous and I've got they've got quite a lot of stretch in it even though it's quite it's quite a thin piece actually it's not super bulky or chunky so works well over a jumper. Or if you were going out in the evening for a lighter layer that would work well. And then let's put my scarf on again.

Paula : Here we go here's the layers.

Yas : Let's go. Red and Black it's just such a classic combination. Lovely. There you go.

Jill : Take a photograph.

Yas : Coat as well.

Paula : Do you want the red coat?

Yas : Oh yeah I've got another layer.

Jill : You have.

Yas : Hang on. Oh my hair look like such a mushroom today. Yeah. Really going to look boxy in this. Shoulders on the outside. Okay. One more layer and then I'm done. For the first outfit.

Jill : Never.

Yas : This is the BLACK LABEL Puffer Coat. And I am definitely in the market for a big winter coat at the minute because it's freezing. And this is a great one. It comes in this colour the Rose which I have on obviously. And the Lily, the Lotus and the Black. That's complicated. Only three colours. Sounded like a lot more. This is the Extra Small. And believe me they are insulated. Quite warm. But you can see the Extra Small is generous. I've got it on over two quite bulky pieces. Got a two way zip which I love for something of this length. I need that to just lengthen me because I'm a bit overwhelmed by it being only 5’5. And then if you wanted to as well.

Jill : Oh look at you.

Yas : Throw on the scarf.

Jill : Now I'm roasting.

Yas : If you're a cold person layers are good. Okay. Ready. Who's next?

Paula : Okay. Evening. Evening. So I've gone completely casual. Starting with my boots. SORT AARHUS. That lovely soft suede leather foot suede leg. I'm in a Size 38. However they are roomy. Have you found them roomy?

Jill : No I haven't tried them.

Paula : No. And have I got socks on? I don't have any socks on so it might be that reason. But they're not as high platform. They're a bit lower. Very comfortable. And I've teamed it with the PLU Skirt. It's just a casual skirt. It fits very nicely I'm in Size Small. It's elasticated waist so it's very comfortable. You've got these sides that you can pull up and make shorter which means you're showing off your boot really well. The colour is called Chocolate. Pockets here. Oh bit of tummy. Oops.

Jill : Oh dear dear dear.

Paula : Oops. Shocking. Shocking. I don't know. And what I've done I put this Hoodie on. I'm into hoodies at the moment. Bought my husband a couple. He said what's all this hooding yet? I said I think they look really good. There's the back. Got this lovely swing to it. It's so nice and comfortable casual and you can layer it. Got long cuffs. This is a One Size. No pockets in here but you've got them here. And I will just show you underneath without showing my tummy. Hang on pull it up a little bit. You don't want to see my tummy. Unless you're desperate. Nobody's that desperate. There you go. Look this is short. Look at that. This is also One Size. Just so soft and you know if if you at home and you want to entertain but in a casual and you want something that looks good but isn't overly dressy I think this fits the bill beautifully. Right then I'll go and get changed now. So nice comfortable.

Jill : That's lovely.

Paula : Great colour. I think that this colour flatters most skin tones. Hey up she's got something else on as well. So who have I got our Kirstie?

Yas : No.

Paula : Uh oh.

Jill : Poor Kirstie really.

Kirstie : I'm fine.

Paula : Kirstie's been made to stand up. Like a naughty child stood in the corner.

Yas : Sat next to Jill. That is a bad little pairing. Naughty school girls over there. Okay. So same trousers I'll be really quick because same trousers same boots. Actually I've not mentioned the boots. These are SORT AARHUS. Very cool. Jade loves these and I've not had them on actually and I agree.

Jill : I love the boots.

Yas : They're very cool aren't they?

Jill : Like a biker boot.

Yas : Yes. And they're adjustable on the these buckles here are adjustable so you can cinch the an the boot in on the ankle which actually you know if you're wearing a trouser or a dress that finishes just on the ankle you might want to pull it in a little bit so you create more of a thinner look. Especially if you've got ankles like you Jill. You'll need to cinch them in.

Jill : I have to cinch them right in yeah.

Yas : Well there's a few options few different adjustments on there so that's good. Works for everyone. And they're really really comfortable. And then we've gone for the Lotus Pink from BLACK LABEL on the top. This is the Velvet short Jacket which is very festive, very , little bit different. If anyone wants something a bit wow. It's lovely and lightweight. It's not lined so good oversized layer to get on over the top of your knitwear. Got that on. Love the little collar. It's quite sweet isn't it?

Jill : Mm very good.

Yas : Is it like a Peter Pan collar?

Jill : No.

Yas : What is it?

Jill : It's not it's not a Peter Pan.

Yas : It's got such it reminds me of a Peter Pan. Because it's like round. It's a bit girly.

Jill : Very girly.

Yas : And it's got  kind of rouched detailing underneath the collar which I actually like exposed so I like to pull the collar up and get a bit more of height and drama around the neck. I think the neckline as well really frames a high neck pullover like this one perfectly. So I've gone for this matching Jumper. It's a really good match for the velvet Lotus colour actually. Because a lot of the BLACK LABEL pinks come up slightly different dependent on what kind of knitwear piece it is. So this one's a really good mix. And I think it's like the Bouclé Alpaca mix. Code is 3320701.

Jill : And you've got two handbag like pockets on your coat.

Yas : Yes.

Jill : Like handbags.

Yas : Yeah. Suppose they are.

Jill : Yeah.

Yas : They're really big pockets but they come like this.

Jill : Ah.

Yas : So you obviously wouldn't walk around like that. That's a bit mental. Just tie them. One knot will do the job.

Jill : Mm.

Yas : And they just sit quite cute don't they?

Jill : Mm.

Yas : There's the back. It's a Size Small but it's really generous so you could size down in this definitely. Oh you want a picture.

Lydia : Yes please.

Yas : Don't disrobe yet.

Eve : Lynn Sangster says “Hi girls.”

Yas : Ah Hi Lynn. We received your pre-loved today. Very nice pieces.

Jill : Ooh I need to see it.

Yas : Yeah. You probably do Jill. Lovely.

Jill : Coat as well.

Yas : We've got a lot of pre-loved to put on girls so we will be we're in the process of getting it online for this week. So watch out. What's next? Oh yeah this Jumper. Code I've given you. It's a lovely knit. It's great shape. It's shorter at the front. Slightly scooped at the back. Really lovely feel to it. It's kind of a bit fluffy but not scratchy at all. It is so soft against the skin. Very warm. And it's got this really high wide funnel neck. That's me. Kirstie. Finally.

Kirstie : My legs were aching stood there. I was sat down there it was really comfortable and she told me to stand up.

Yas : Wake up.

Kirstie : Wake up. Alright. Good evening. I have got a right mix on today. So I'll start off with my boots. So we've got the SORT AARHUS lace up Boots. We've got the little zip to put them on. Again Eve what colour are they? I can't remember.

Eve : Gasoline Ambra.

Kirstie : Ambra. That's it. And it matches perfectly. We've got bits on me. Oh the scarf's going. Oh dear. I've got the HANNOH WESSEL Trousers on. Tobacco. So they match perfectly. Gorgeous trousers. Nice length. Let me de-robe my scarf as well. This is the MAINLINE Scarf. Bone scarf. Great colour goes with everything. It's a nice weight and nice size. You can do you can wrap yourself up in it. And keep yourself warm. And it goes lovely with this jumper er sorry The Azimut Coat. So it goes lovely. It's a little oatmealy like with a grey almost like grey going through it. But beautiful. Nice length. You've got plenty of room to put a big knit on. How was this coat? You've got this one haven't you Lyd?

Lydia : I've got the other style but I have got that colour.

Kirstie : Yeah.

Lydia : It's beautiful. Amazing.

Kirstie : Look at the details on there. Beautiful. So this is the MAMA B. Nice soft. And then I found this little jumper that I haven't had on before and I don't think we've shown it. We might have but I haven't seen it. So this is LA VACA LOCA and this is called Grito. Lovely. Look at the details in it. Beautiful. Lovely. Can actually pull that out. It's a nice length.

Jill : Lovely cream colour that.

Kirstie : Yeah nice colour.

Yas : We bought that. I remember why we bought that. Because it's like a slim fitted jumper.

Kirstie : Yeah.

Yas : And you know if you don't want a really wide swingy piece it's nice to have the option to go narrower.

Kirstie : Yeah. Nice detail in it as well. It is a nice like you say it's a slim fitting one. And it'll go under most things. I don't know what it's made of. Do you know ladies? Ooh I'll have to check. Go on have a look. It feels comfortable anyway. It's the Vanilla colour and it's an Extra Small. But it's not itchy at all. Look beautiful. And then these are the Trousers so they're.

Eve : Merino Wool and Cashmere.

Kirstie : Oh it does feel really nice. So just a little zip buttons at the front. Elastic at the back. These are a Size 36. And they are pretty generous.

Eve : Very nice.

Kirstie : Is Paula gone?

Jill : Yes Paula.

Paula : So I'm in RUNDHOLZ DIP apart from my feet and I'm in the SORT AARHUS Black boot. Side zip. These are feeling more I think it's cause I've not got socks on. So they do feel a little bit looser but I'm sock free. And the reason I like these boots is because they've got a wider here so I can wear my leather pants  tucked in or my straight trousers tucked in. And I like that during the winter time because it's just I feel like it completes the outfit. Makes me have longer legs and I need all the help I can get. So the skirt is the DIP Flamingo Cloud and it's got this lovely wash that it's  like ombre isn't it? When you have your hair ombre. It goes from one colour to another. And it's beautiful. It's a heavy  cotton like um denim. Doesn't denim though is it but it's a heavy cotton isn't it?

Yas : It's denim like structure.

Paula : It's denim like structure. It's a bit heavier got those well I thought they were like origami pockets.

Eve : Sasha says “Looking fab Paula.”

Paula : Thank you Sasha. Got an update for you hon. I'll text you later. There you go and the way he's designed these things it's just fantastic. Love these pockets. Pockets at the back. I'm in Size Extra Small and this fits me a treat. There is no give in it. No elasticating at all. I mean you can move in it but there isn't a lot of give. The top is Flamingo Cloud. It's short sleeves because we don't have any long sleeves in this colour left. And the Flamingo Cloud oh so Extra Small Extra Small. The Jacket is one two this is the one of two that we have left and this is Size Medium. And again the colour's beautiful. So it's a little big on the big side for me but I think as it's an over thing I can actually wear something heavier underneath if I so wish. But again the finish on them is just beautiful. I love the raw edge and it's nice and soft on my skin and I thought it might feel itchy but it doesn't. So that's a brucey bonus for me. Those who know bruces. Right then I just show you the back. I'll be back and I'm doing a Yas. I'm going to put something else on with the same skirt.

Yas : Yeah do it on camera Paula because I've not I'm not ready yet.

Paula : Well it's in there.

Yas : No is it? Oh what do you want?

Paula : The pink Jumper please. Oh sorry.

Yas : This one?

Paula : Thank you. She wants me to strip off.

Yas : Well you got you can leave your top on.

Paula : But that.

Jill : Oh you heard her.

Paula : I know she's she's been like this since Saturday night.

Jill : She has hasn't she? It's just.

Paula : She's still drunk. So I put this on.  I just thought I think this is again this feels lovely next to my skin. And it is Merino Wool and Acrylic. It feels nice. Now I know you think what the hell is she thinking? But that's not unusual. But I thought the colour the way that he's dyed this I think you can well I'm happy to get away with it. I think it just gives you a completely different look. It feels so soft gosh it's beautiful. You could wear this I think. Jill this because Jill and I both have really sensitive skin. So we we often ask each other is it itchy is it itchy? So I’ll say yeah oh I won't be able to wear it then. But no it's beautiful. I'm in Size Small. And it's got that lovely back where it drops down a little bit. So because it's up here it gives you that smaller waist look. And just think it gives the outfit a different look. So I've kept everything else on apart from took the other jacket off and put this on over the top. And this is in is this Lily? Lily. There you go. Thank you. Here she comes.

Yas : Oh. I've not looked in the mirror.

Jill : That is a winter crossing.

Yas : No. Oh I like it though. Very nice.

Jill : That grey is nice. It's like a very subtle.

Yas : Yeah. It's got a bit of pinky in it hasn't it?

Jill : Yeah. See she's copying me now look.

Yas : I wonder if it probably go with that skirt actually.

Jill : Yeah I think it probably would.

Yas : Yeah. With all that washed out colours.

Jill : Yeah.

Paula : This see see this time of the season we're finding different ways aren't we of mixing things up so.

Yas : And it has it's been an amazing season just to keep going cause usually by this point we're like.

Paula : We're fed up aren't we?

Yas : We're fed up. It's it's like how many different combinations can you do? And no really this time there are so many so I could really shop until I dropped. This time round. I really love these colours together.

Paula : Beautiful aren't they?

Yas : Yeah gorgeous. So same trousers as before. BLACK LABEL again. Gone for a mix of the DIP and MAINLINE. The Jacket that I'm wearing I'll show you in a minute. It's one of a kind, kind of. It's the only one that we have. It’s, I think it's size, let me check for you in a minute but I'll talk about my scarf first. This is the Fox hair three quarter in Flamingo. It's £239. And it's a great length and size. Some you know sometimes  the full size ones are a lot. But if you want something you know if you're already wearing a Fox hair jumper you probably don't need that much cause it's quite it's not that cold at the minute is it? Maybe a few months late down the line you might need it something warmer but I think it's perfect. I love the weight of it. And it's way more manageable and it doesn't fall off the shoulders continually. Big fan of this length. And we've got this in other colours as well girls if you do want something a bit more manageable but still beautiful and the way that it feels and the textures and the colours that it has. Gorgeous. Beautiful piece. And I yeah just love these colours together cause the jacket is quite washed.

Paula : Like Grape Black.

Yas : Yeah. It's got, it's Turf Wash but it's definitely got a bit of purple going on. And just and I like it as you can see all the layers underneath just picking out. Very cute. Um so yes this is the jacket. Really great piece. We got one of these on the B2B so we haven't actually photographed in it because it sold out that quick but we managed to get one more. Um similar to your leather jacket isn't it? That cut.

Paula : Yeah. My green one as well.

Yas : Yeah. So you've got two big pockets at the front but you've got the side entrance. Side venture. Moving swiftly on. Uh which is good.

Jill : Moving swiftly on. You mean pocket.

Yas : Useful. Yeah side pocket. But like a side entrance to the pocket. As well as that entrance yeah okay. Big  ones. Okay. Moving on. Right. It's denim. It's a Medium actually but it's kind of like a One Size piece. There's the back. Lovely colour we talked about it enough. Okay. Um then I'm doing this jacket because this is very very similar. Again it's RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE. It's the denim and this is Turf Black. So if any of you were wondering what the difference was I'd say this one is a bit less washed. I mean I'm really sorry about my hair it's absolutely bonkers. Look bedraggled. Can tell it's been a bit of a heavy weekend. Just tuck it away pretend it's not there. Look at the coat instead. Very nice. Gorgeous coat. It's One Size this piece. Also side entrance available on the pocket but it's great cause you can fit all your chunky knits underneath. It's a lovely length kind of an inbetweeny. Nice and swingy. And you've got buttons to fasten which are asymmetric. Looks great fastened as well. It's I don't I won't do it oh no I will. I won't watch me fumble. I'll do some I'll do some. Cause it creates this gorgeous sort of double breasted fastening. Really lovely length.

Jill : Lovely.

Yas : I think there's something a bit like 60s about this like.

Jill : It is a bit.

Yas : Like a peacoat.

Jill : It is a bit well it's a bit.

Yas : Put your scarf on it as well.

Jill : Added.

Yas : So that's that. Only one of those left girls so don't mess about. Then the Jumper. I have this jumper I love it. And I've only got it out recently because it is really really warm so you need a cold day for it. But lovely length. You know if you're feeling a bit conscious of bum or whatever. It's a good length. I like it cause it's an oversized fit but it's also really really flattering on so many different women. Um love all the distressed edges. You could do a little bit of a tuck if you wanted. But lovely colour. That's me.

Kirstie : I've got a quick one cause it's a lazy one cause these are my jeans. These are the ANNETTE GÖRTZ Jasu Jeans. These are a nice dark blue really. And you've got the little detail the embroidery is the same colour as this jumper. Looks super comfy. I've had them on all day so they do give a little bit. I think these are a 38 but a great length for me. I've got my own boots on which are the boots that I showed before. So lace ups and then the zip. And these are in the Moro colour. But it go but they go great with this jumper don't they? This is called Golda. And it's Size Small. This is Baby Alpaca. Pocket little pocket there. Yeah great I like the neckline as well and the the sleeves aren't too long cause I hate them down here. But yeah gorgeous. Nice back. Nice neckline.

Yas : It is isn't it? Yes it sits away from the neck. Like a boat.

Kirstie : Yeah.

Jill : Yeah.

Kirstie : Yas has got more stuff. No she is she's layering again.

Yas : Oh I am kind of done.

Kirstie : Yeah she's just gone mad on this colour the Rose.

Yas : I'm just kind of I'm just like I feel like we're doing a bit of a denim situation today. And I'm not sure if that works. Bit methodical. Maybe.

Jill : Well it's a lot with the tule isn't it?

Yas : It is. It's a lot going on. The colour works.

Jill : Yeah colour's fine.

Yas : Um but yeah. Not quite. You tried. Not quite. Not quite. This is another PLU Jacket. I just wanted to show you the fitted version. Again it's really stretchy. It's amazing. It's that washed finish. It's a bit more Grey Black in colour than the Turf that I had on, got the tule. Great silhouette really flattering at the waist and really kicks out. And then you've got a statement hood that kind of is a collar that you can really exaggerate. Great fit. I really love it. Jade's even fitted jumpers underneath this in the past because it is so stretchy. So yeah that is the last look. Let's go girls.
