Val : Hi, hello ladies. What day is it? Wednesday?

Eve : Wednesday.

Val : We're having an absolutely amazing day because it's the anniversary of our rebranding. So those who knew us before, when we were Arabella, we did a relaunch in November. It was an amazing event. Absolutely spectacular event and I kid you not, we had flame throwers, trapeze artists. You've never seen such madness. It was amazing, that was a year ago. We can't believe it. It seems like yesterday. So we've had some of our favourite customers have rock up and then we started to have a little play with our customers, which we love dressing them up, having a try of this and that and the other. And of course, it's the start of the Black Friday sale, which is Friday. So some phenomenal bargains. I'm wearing RUNDHOLZ DIP. I'm not going to talk too much about it because you've seen all these clothes before. This, I think this is new in though. We've had some new arrivals because we had to stock up because we were running out of stock, believe it or not. And this is the Pine. It's stretchy. It's in a small. It's absolutely divine. Absolutely spectacular. And I've got the trouser on, this is my favourite—oh, look at that. Hello. I've got to that age. It’s gone a bit creepy. I don't mind. This is the pant of the season with all the lovely pleats at the front. They are oversized, but because they nip in at the waist, I think they're incredibly flattering. I love them. I live in them. And I've got my SORT AARHUS Clogs on. Anna, come and join me. So this is our Anna. She's come in today. Now, will you just check, Eve, are we in camera?

Eve : Yes, perfect.

Val : Poor Anna. We've literally dragged her onto the show.

Anna : Well, I only came for a pair of gloves. This is what happens to you when you come to the House of Valerie. You come for gloves, you end up with a whole outfit.

Val : A whole outfit. We've literally got Anna to try these pants on. She's so up for it. Our Anna will have a go at anything, won't you?

Anna : Yeah.

Val : Her wardrobe is genuinely spectacular.

Anna : It's not singular. It's wardrobes.

Val : Her poor husband is over there in the corner and all you see is the shaking head. And he's like, "What's she doing now? Good Lord. What's she put on?" And we said we've got, you've got to put these trousers on. And they're ace, aren't they?

Anna : Yeah. They are.

Val : They're absolutely beautiful on you. We put the Bone T-Shirt on with the wonderful print. Now Karsten's son did this print. I think I'm right, aren't I, Yas? Where's she gone? She'll tell us.

Anna : She's run off.

Val : She's run off. He did this print. I love it. It's just, yeah, it's, I think it's monster-ish. That's what it's supposed to look like. And then this cropped jacket, which is the favourite of the season. It started with Yassy having one. And of course, when Yas puts anything on, everybody wants one. And it is. It just elongates you, doesn't it? Makes your legs look longer. It's the Tur—I think this is... where's our Yassy? She helps me. Is this the Turf jacket?

Yas : Turf Wash.

Val : Turf Wash. Turf Wash Pant and the Bone T-Shirt. It's gorgeous. And then the SORT AARHUS…

Anna : And then look, you see? You just, you just gotta do it, haven't you?

Val : We’re twinnies!

Anna : We’re twinnies.

Val : So that's our Anna.

Yas : Take a few steps back, girls. You're just a little bit cropped off. Yeah. There we go.

Val : They are. This is ladies growing old disgracefully. Aren't we?

Anna : Yeah.

Val : We're giving it some welly.

Anna : Because otherwise it's too boring.

Val : Yeah. We're not having any of that nonsense, are we?

Anna : No.

Val : Absolutely not.

Anna : Okay. That's me finished because I don't get paid.

Val : Right. Who's next? Where is...

Yas : Pat.

Val : Pat. Now then. Pat's been coming to see us for years. Honestly, this wonderful lady. She gets more adventurous every time she comes. She started out with the very classic RUNDHOLZ dresses and skirts, didn't you?

Pat : Yeah.

Val : And look at her now. You won't mind me saying, we was in the changing room and I just went, "You sassy bitch." Look at you now. She has got the Pixelated Skirt on. Look at it. Now Pat's a little 'un like me. So she has to be careful of proportions. And so it's always good to have a skirt that does that wonderful sort of, you've got all these folds here. It's got that many colours in, it's outrageous. You could put it on with anything really. Every colour works with this skirt. We put the t-shirt on. What colour is this, Yassy?

Yas : Lagoon.

Val : Lagoon. We've got the netting. Now it's quite a big T-shirt. It probably would come down here. And we've literally just wrapped it round her, tucked the back in so that you've got a really neat finish for this particular outfit with the net showing because the net is just spectacular. And then the cropped, um... is it a jacket? It's a jacket rather than a cardigan, isn't it?

Pat : Yeah.

Val : And it's like in a boiled wool. But it, um... I just said, I just said to her, oh my God, I just love the whole combination. And then we've got, is it the Cactus LOFINA?

Yazzy : SORT AARHUS.

Val : SORT AARHUS. I get to this point in the season when I actually know what the stock is. You know, when we're nearly at the end, but I'm getting there, you know? But yeah, give us a twirl. And it's got the backside print to it. It's just, it's just amazing. Pat, thank you so much, darling.

Pat : Thank you.

Val : Right. Sandra. Now this is her rebel mate. She is a rebel. And let me just put your collar right. Sandra has been coming to us for years, haven't you chicken?

Sandra : Yeah.

Val : And...

Sandra : 2016 I think.

Val : Is it? She is a black and white girl normally, aren't you?

Sandra : I am.

Val : So we've really pushed the boat out and we've put her in this wonderful grey.

Sandra : Grey!

Val : Not that far off, is it?

Sandra : Black, white, grey.

Val : Yeah. Yeah. And we've also added this new Mya Jewelry. I get it from Minnesota in America. It is selling out. Literally, when you put it online, about three days it goes. Absolutely coveted.

Sandra : Spent too much on Jewelry today.

Val : So, the, we've got the jacket on with all this wonderful detail. Give us a twirl, chick. Look at this outfit. I mean, it'd just take you anywhere. It's a real statement two-piece, isn't it? And the dress with the wonderful finish at the hem. And we've got the Lof... Is it SORT AARHUS boots or LOFINA?

YaS : LOFINA.

Val : They're all the same family. It's all the same to me. LOFINA Boot. Mega comfortable. Beautiful black leather. But as a combination...

Sandra : I think you'd be ready for Christmas, wouldn't you?

Val : Thanks, Sandra. That's a good idea.

Sandra : Just see it all. Detail.

Val : Yeah. I think that coat would look amazing on it. Yeah. That big one there. Sandra loves the coats. In fact, you're a coat fiend, aren't you?

Sandra : I am really.

Val : Yeah.

Sandra : I would imagine... Don't let me try this on because I'll want it.

Val : Oh. Oh heck. Yeah. Yeah. I would imagine you've got one wardrobe just for coats.

Sandra : Yeah.

Val : Yeah. I would say so.

Sandra : One and a half.

Val : One and a half! That's amazing.

Sandra : Tis lovely, babe.

Val : That's gorgeous on you.

Sandra : Love it. Love it.

Val : Uh oh. Wow.

Sandra : I bought one coat today already.

Val : Yeah. And we're not going to show it you 'cause that would be such a tease 'cause it's the last one.

Sandra : It's the last one.

Val : It's gone gone. Thank you, darling.

Sandra : Lovely. Thank you.

Val : Now we've got our Yassy coming on. I don't need to be here for this bit. The pro is modelling now.

Yas : Oh! I've had a bit of a fright before I come on camera, girls. There's a spider on me. I'm still itching a little bit. I've not really calmed down. The adrenaline is pretty high but I'm feeling very wintery right now given the fact it’s absolutely minus degrees outside. Absolutely freezing. So I'm naturally drawn to all the amazing pieces of outerwear that we've got at the minute. This is the incredible RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE Puffer Coat in the Turf. We've got a couple of these left in a few different styles and colors. We've got the Turf, which I am wearing, and also the Bone. This is the shorter...

Val : Can't believe this weather.

Yas : Yeah. Oh, I'm, I come into work wearing my puffer coat, it's a RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE one from a few seasons ago and it's...

Liesa : Is that the one I stole at the weekend?

Yas : Yes. Liesa tries to steal it every time I wear it. It's just the warmest, most cuddly piece of clothing that I own. Amazing. And so practical. The RUNDHOLZ MAINLINE Puffers are amazing. They just last and last and last. They're really, really durable and super warm. This is the only one left in a small though, and they are really oversized. So if you do have your eye on one, act fast. And unbelievably, this is the shorter length, but it's not, I wouldn't say the shortest length they've ever done in a puffer. It's kind of mid-length. Obviously I've got all confused with my zips. Bear with. It's got that really high collar. And what I love, it's got a two-way zip. So if you are layering up and you've got a really gorgeous pop of colour underneath, you can show that off. And if you get a bit warm as well, you've got the option to just unzip from both ways and keep that drama of the collar. So, that's that. Obviously I get my zips muddled up. Just that kind of day. Okay. And then underneath, got the Crab RUNDHOLZ DIP Silk Pullover, which is a House of Valerie exclusive. You can only get this colour here from us in this style and it's a great style. It's what we, they do in the summer. I've got my Dust... Dust colour I think it is? That I absolutely adore, it just comes out every time it gets a bit chilly. And it's one that you can even wear, you know, into the warmer months because it is so lightweight and the silk is so soft, but also insulating as well. So this is the medium... no, size small, sorry. And then I've got the Backside Shirt just layered up underneath so I've got that nice detail on the cuff and poking through at the hem there. And this little sweet collar that I've just fastened all the way to the top. But now the Trousers are a new arrival. I'm loving these. They are the shape that we all absolutely adore. That two pleat at the front, long placket, fixed waistband. They're in Turf. But the fabric, it's a really soft, lightweight... kind of, I think it is slightly woolen in the fabric... I'll have to check that, the fabric detail but it's just super soft and doesn't add any bulk at all. You know if you like, I love the denim trousers,  some people say they're a bit too bulky or a bit too full for them, these are a great alternative because they are just a bit narrower around...

Val : Like a dressy version of these, aren't they?

Yas : Yeah. Dressy version. Gorgeous. Oh, gorgeous. They've got the same shaping. They are a bit big for me. I've got the medium on which I think is the last size left that I've just pinned myself in, but they, they will fit easily a UK 14, even small 16 and then I've got my own Turf Trainers on which just go perfectly. Okay, over to the birthday girl!

Liesa : Hello everybody. Yeah, working on my birthday. I got some gorgeous flowers though, thank you, directors.  I've come as I am today. This is how, this is what I'm actually wearing. I've got the Crab beautiful stretchy, zip Jacket on with these lovely leather details, which I get caught on everything, but I don't care because I absolutely love it. This is an extra small. I'll admit I've, I've had it tailored slightly. So I just darted the, in there, which I, and I kept the material fabric here so it gives you a little bit more fullness, which I love. Underneath I've got the Baobab in Nero I've got on. So I normally wear this with browns, but today because the first time I've worn these Jeans, I've got the Black Gloss version of what they all love. And we've had a restock in these. We've got one, one left? Extra small?

Eve : Caroline says “Happy Birthday Lisa, I have the same jacket.”

Lisa : Oh do you? Ooh! Thank you for the birthday wishes. It's gorgeous, isn't it? Absolutely love it. I've been shown how you can draw the sleeves up, which is a really nice touch, isn't it? So if you drew them up, you could do a little knot if you wanted to keep them up. Yeah, that's me. And I've got my, and then my own shoes as well. This is how we really dress walking through Nantwich.

Val : This is, yeah, this is your whole outfit.

Lisa : This is, yeah, this is all mine.

Val : So are they the black shoes?

Lisa : Black with the black sole. Yeah. Mainline Pumps. Yas has got the Turf that she just showed you. This is my first pair. Now they're broken in. It's like walking on thin air. They're absolutely lovely.

Val : And the trousers... Are they quite light?

Liesa : They're really light, aren't they? Yeah.

Val : Now, funnily enough, I've not tried those on.

Liesa : Oh yes, they're lovely. Oh. And then...

Val : Are you ready?

All : Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Lisa! Happy birthday to you!

Val : Woo!

Eve : Jade says, so sad to have missed the party today.

Liesa : Jade, you're meant to be my friend now! You're skiving! And you've not even been to visit me today! I'm really sad, you've ruined my day! Only kidding. Come on then.

Val : Right. Come on. Time to say goodbye. I've changed, this is my jacket from years ago.
