Jade : Hello everybody. It's Friday! And we've all been in high spirits today. It's been kind of hilarious here actually. We've had a full team in the sales department. We've had our Paula, Kirsty, Leisa, and then we've been graced with Karen’s presence because we've had a big mission making the Christmas window happen. Um, it's a bit of a work in progress, but we are getting there. We have bought all the gold stars from all the Home Bargains in the CW area. So, it's a work in progress but you'll see it soon. We will reveal all shortly. It's Nantwich switch on, soI know we're doing the shows a bit earlier anyway, but that's particular— particularly why we're doing an earlier show today because in about half an hour's time we won't be able to hear anything for noise because all the people come out in force, and they have loud music on, and then they turn the lights on and it's all very ferry and mes— ferry and mestive?

Jade : Oh! Good morning, Mum. That's my bra! Thank you. Right. Mum's brought my sports bra in. It's not suitable for viewing, so I'll just put that over there. 

Val (off camera):I've got your knickers as well, do you want me to chuck them in?

Jade : Absolutely not.

Val (off camera) : Look very nice, Jade. Hello girls.

Jade : Can I just say... Just confirm that this is the time you're walking into work today.

Val (off camera) : Yeah. I’ve worked hard today.

Jade : And you've come up with a really knockout outfit. It's really... thought process has gone into this. It's the same as you had on yesterday.

Val : Actually it's not. Hang on. Hang on. Girls, what's the difference?

Leisa : Different trousers.

Jade : I did know that. But what I'm saying is...

Val (off camera) : You say that now. You never wrong, are you?

Jade : What I'm saying is, I mean, you've said it's taken you all day to get dressed, only changed the trousers.

Val (off camera) : No, I should have been on my laptop all day. I've been very busy.

What I can't tell you, is what is going to be in the Black Friday sale because a lot of the designers actually stipulate it now. So like any high-end sort of stores like Gucci who say, "We absolutely don't have sales at all," and they won't let any distributors do that. We have the same kind of... these premium labels will say what can be reduced and what can't. And a lot of them say a flat no. Some of them say this product and this product or this group of products. So what I can't tell you is what is in it, but I can tell you what isn't. So like one of the things, I was thinking about this, what I can tell you is RUNDHOLZ pieces that are black will not be discounted. So if you want to purchase...

Val (off camera): That's a new rule.

Jade : It's a new rule. If you want to purchase anything RUNDHOLZ that's black, you can do so today, tomorrow, the next day.

Val (off camera): It's a new rule. So we don't know if they'll flex it later on into the... sorry, at the beginning of next year, but certainly this year...

Jade : Yeah, certainly this year.

Val :(off camera) It's a no.

Jade : Because their view, and we stand by it, is that black pieces could be any season because they really are so distinctive and they're black, it's forever. So that's why. So if you've got any more questions about sale... we do always try and be as transparent as we can 'cause we don't want people let down by the thought of "I've just bought an expensive item and now you've gone 30 percent off." We know it's annoying. So we will try and let you know. Anyway, shut up, Jade. SANCTAMUERTE Kimono. I've got a three-piece suit on. It's quite a heavy fabric, so perfect for autumn/winter. It's not lightweight and flimsy like some of the SANCTAMUERTE pieces, you know, that are more summer weight. It's obviously very oriental styling. It's got this... what'd you call it?

Val (off camera) : Belt?

Jade : Belts. Thank you. You can wear that if you want to, or you can get rid of it by just literally threading it out. So if you prefer that cocoon oversized look you can get rid of that belt altogether.

Val (off camera) : Take it out, Jade. I think it does spoil the line.

Jade : Well...

Val (off camera) : See, I'm a fan now.

Jade : You’ll have to have a word won’t  you?

Val (off camera) : Yeah. 

Jade : Everyone to their own. Stick your belt. This is an extra small and the colour is Wet Sand. Then I've got the Trouser and the shorter Jacket. It's a little button-up. And this, this is also an extra small.  I'm just wondering if you could wear this... could wear it..I wonder if you could wear it... this way? Or is it weird?

Liesa (off camera) : No.

Jade :  It's just good to know, isn't it? Cause it's got the...

Kirstie (off camera) : Then it matches the bottoms yeah.

Jade : And then it's just got the trim. And it works! It must be!  It must be, 'cause it wouldn't work the other way, would it?

Liesa (off camera) : No. No.

Jade : Ah! Okay.  Well, it's good that it's nearly the end of the season and we've just worked out that this is reversible.It's reversible.

Val (off camera) : Oh!

Jade : And then it matches all the...

Val (off camera) : Now then.

Jade : Yeah. Now as I've just said, it's good that we've just noticed that right at the end of the season.

Val (off camera) : Just let me see the back. Of the jacket. That is really nice. We could put Paula in that for her combi, when you see how it all looks.

Jade : There's also a pair of trousers that are coming up shortly that we'd forgotten about and not had out all season or showed ever, so that's good.

Val (off camera) : Oh, it gets better. Who needs another written warning? 

Jade : Just before the sale starts. Great. Absolutely wonderful timing. I don't think they'll go to sale though because they are, luckily for us, Dom Goor. And they're a leather legging— stretch leather legging— and they are a forever piece. So... my trousers are a size small.

Val : Liesa, that looks amazing.

Leisa : Good evening everyone. I'm in SANCTAMUERTE.. however you say it.

Val (off camera): That colours beautiful.

Leisa : It's a grey, velour jacket.

Val (off camera): It almost looks like chocolate brown.

Leisa : Kirst has got the chocolate brown one on.

Val (off camera): Oh yeah.

Leisa : This has actually got— don't know if it's coming across on camera— a print on it. Can you see that, Eve? Yeah? Like a black flower printed on it. It's asymmetric, we've just worked out tonight. One pocket up there, one pocket down here. Look at that. I like that a lot.

Val (off camera): Very nice, isn't it? Very stylish.

Leisa : Got these lovely long cuffs built in with thumbholes. Which is lovely. And an attached scarf. So it basically does it all. We have raw edges. I'm in the small. It's actually very lightweight, even though it's so dramatic. It's really, really lightweight. So, really nice piece to throw on. I've dressed it down. I think Kirstie’s looking a bit dressier.

Paula (off camera) : It's not hanger friendly. But when it's on, it looks much better.

Leisa : No. When it's on, it's great.

Paula (off camera) : On the hanger you think, "What the hell is that?" You put it on, "Oh, wow."

Leisa : Yeah. Yeah. Just magic. But, uh, we've got the silky lining in it. Grey lining. Really lovely. And I'm wearing a small in that. The colour... is it just Grey? Ash Grey. Thank you.

Eve (off camera) : Uh, could we just repeat the discount code for Denise, please? What was it?

Val (off camera) : Not bad at this, are you?

Leisa : No. Doing all right, aren't we?

Val (off camera) : That's lovely.

Leisa : We have got the little satin tie here that we can take off or do up a little bit better as a belt, actually. But this is just a beautiful piece. Oh, wish I'd had one of these. So warm. For those of you that already got the raccoons, you know what they're about. You don't actually need a coat, they're that warm. So that was that one. That ties in the shoe. Could you have that one, please? Thank you.

Leisa : And then I've got the LA VACA LOCA is the high neck one? My favourite one with all the extra fabric in. So it's... I think when you've got a lot of elastic going on here, you need a top without anything on it to show it off. But these trousers are beautiful. Very balloon shape. Go in at the bottom.  lots of like seam details and raw edges.

Paula (off camera) : Like origami.

Leisa : Yeah, it's just origami, isn't it? 

Val (off camera) : Just— now you're quite tall aren't you Lise?

Leisa : Yeah.

Val (off camera) : Turn the bottom up, you know it's got that kind of... is it silk?

Leisa : Oh, it's silk.

Val (off camera) : Yeah, silk. Will it turn up for those of us that aren't as tall as you? Let's see how it looks. So you could. So I could get in those then.

Leisa : Yeah. 

Val (off camera) : Lovely. Just checking.

Leisa: I think they'd stay with it, um, with that fabric. So yeah, that fabric matches the little tie here. And I am in an extra small trouser, so there's plenty of room. I mean, I'll show you the size. They're extra small. Huge. So they're a beautiful trouser. So here's Kirst. 

Val (off camera) : Gorgeous.

Kirstie : isn't it? So you can see it is the SANCTAMUERTE Coat, it is different. It's brown.

Val (off camera) :  Hang on. That... that's...

Val (off camera) :  It's the same coat.

Kirstie : No.

Val (off camera) : Why is that? What? Well you’ve worn it differently then because Liesa's... that side dropped a lot lower.

Eve (off camera) : Yeah, Liesa's is a different... So hers is slightly longer. Yours is the shorter version.

Val : That's different coat.

Kirstie : Oh, you're a... Is it?

Val (off camera) : Yeah. Two different...Liesa, what's your coat called? Cause the... Kirstie’s is different.

Kirsty : Mine's shorter.

Val (off camera) : Yours doesn’t have the asymmetric... what am I trying to say? Liesa's has got a definite longer side and... and it comes up shorter against the other side. Whereas yours matches at the hem. So let's get the names of the two coats.

Kirsty : We learn something new every day.

Val (off camera) : Let's see what coat that one is. So Lisa's code?

Kirsty : 235.

Val (off camera): Right. Liesa, you need to put your coat back on 'cause you must have worn it wrong. One of you has worn it...

Kirsty : One of us done it wrong.

Liesa : Is it me then?

Val (off camera) : Possibly. Put it on, let's have a look.

Eve (off camera) : Yeah, they are two different coats.

Jade : Yeah, they're different coats.

Val (off camera)  : Oh, was it?

Eve (off camera) : Yeah.

Val (off camera) : Sorry! I thought you said the same codes.

Kirsty : (off camera) No.

Val (off camera) : Okay.

Jade (off camera) : Right. You've had all day to wake up. Come on now.

Val (off camera) : Excuse me, I just spotted they were different coats. We were just telling our ladies that they were the same coats. So excuse me, JD. It's just as well I came in.

Kirstie : Oh, I'll just...

Jade (off camera) : Goodness.

Kirstie : Right. So this is the brown in a different coat which is slightly smaller. Is it?

Val (off camera) : Smaller.

Jade (off camera) : No bigger.

Kirstie : Bigger.

Eve (off camera) : Yeah its slightly shorter that one.

Kirstie : So Liesa’s was longer?

Eve (off camera) : Longer. 

Kirstie : Right, got it. So it's brown and it's extra small, this one and I've got the SANCTAMUERTE Jumper on, which is beautiful. Love the black. It's got, of course…the little details. It's like the LA VACA LOCA really, isn't it? Same sort of…. I love the length of it. Got the in-built cuffs. And it's got a little scarf look. Gorgeous. Really, really thin jumper. You could layer it up if you wanted. And these are the new... well, well, they're not new...

Jade (off camera) : Just hang on a second. Mum's rustling.

Jade (off camera) : Any time today, Mum.

Leisa (off camera) : Are you going this way, now?

Val (off camera) : I’ve very busy today.

Kirsty : So I've got the DOM GOOR leggings on. Look at these. Beautiful. I've got the SORT AARHUS, which I think are a bit thicker. But these are beautiful. Lovely soft. I am wearing the 14s. I'm usually about a 10, but they are coming up a little bit snug.

Jade (off camera) : A little bit. A lot a bit.

Kirsty : They're elasticated waist but they are beautiful. They are very long and I have... I've turned them up under the boot. You'd have to... I'd have to have them cut down so you've got plenty of hem. And I've got the little fab boots on.

Jade (off camera) : Gorgeous. I like that jumper.

Kirsty : It is a good outfit.

Jade (off camera) : It is a good outfit.

Kirsty : Especially for me. Black. Black, black, black. 

Jade (off camera) : Here she is. Trouble.

Paula : Evening all. Well. SANCTAMUERTE, apart from the top, but I'll start with the bottom. You alright, Bonded?

Eve (off camera) : Yeah!

Paula : Good news. She's one of our new members of the staff. She's never had a nickname. Until today. So. I've got SORT AARHUS Boots on. I've got the Cactus colour because I couldn't find the brown pair. But when I put them on with this laminated brown trouser, it worked. So, happy days. These are the similar pant to Liesa, but they're in the other colour. And I teamed it with the silk... well it's not silk, but it's like silk. 'Cause it matches with that. See? Pant, extra extra small. There's loads of room in them. Lovely and elasticated. So it matches the top. Now Bonded asked me if this was evening wear or night wear. And the answer is, whichever you really, really want. I've sort of made it more of an evening because we coming to that season now when we're going to be out and about. But equally, I would wear the— this with jeans. And, you know, sort of grunge it up a little bit. But again, it's... it's very versatile top. It's buttoned all the way down. I've tied the back 'cause I wanted to show off the pant and the SORT AARHUS T-Shirt with the thumb holes. Size small. Size small. Extra extra small. 38 on my feet. Okay? And we've got... Who we got next?

Jade (off camera) : Me.

Jade : So I've gone with very similar to col— colour palette to Paula. The golden colour. And this is the silky viscose in the two-piece. And then I've styled it with the... who... who am I now? Oh yeah. ALEXANDER MANAMIS Jacket which is really romantic. It's got all the pinks running through it and taupes. And I think it's a really good base layer for this jacket 'cause personally, the MANAMIS trousers don't really do it for me. They're just... they... they're not my shape. So I prefer wearing it over something different and this is ideal because it brings in the colours. All those sort of goldy tones. The jacket I'm wearing is a size three. And then this two-piece is small. Ta-da! I'll just take this off so you can see what's underneath. And then what I did want— oh, it is longer than this. I tucked mine in with a little French tuck, but it is... I'm sorry that it's creased a little bit now, but that's because of what I did. And then I also wanted to see if it would work under a... a more casual piece? So Leisa's just shown you the Swamp in this Raccoon. This is of course its Turf version. And I just wondered if you could just throw something like this over the top of it to make it a more sort of relaxed look. Cause that's how I would wear it. A little bit more as an everyday grungy piece rather than just like a formal party look. So, yeah. I think that works. And as I say, small, small. small. That's me!

Leisa : Okay. I'm coming on under duress. Jade doesn't like this outfit.

Jade (off camera) : Oh! Don't tell everyone!

Leisa : I like it. This is... if I had this jacket... so I had this jacket on earlier on in the week with the... with the wide leg. It's a very special jacket so I'd like to get a lot of wear out of it. So I do chuck on really nice jackets on top of jeans. So that's why I thought I'd put the grey MUNTHE Jean... jean on. So, you might like it, you might not. But this would be me, how I... how I would style it. I would get a lot of wear out of it. It's got the beautiful, mandarin collar? Yeah. Mandarin collar. The brocade. This is LA VACA LOCA by the way. I know I won't talk too much about it 'cause I had it on in the week... in the week. But I just love the pockets. They just disappear into it. Goes straight into the ribbon that's all the way round. Little secret pockets. Two lots of buttons. I'll show you the jeans. Now I did tuck this in because it was cream. I thought that would send Jade's head spinning.

Jade (off camera) : It's been spinning a lot today, hasn't it?

Leisa : But these jeans are incredible. They come with a black cord as well. So you can change the cords. They're a beautiful, soft, really lightweight. Straight? Fla— Straight. Not flared. They're straight, aren't they?

Jade (off camera) : Yeah, they're wide leg but not flare. Yeah.

Leisa : They just fall incredibly. I am in an 8. They are so, so soft. They're a good length. I've dropped them down to give me a bit more length, but normal... normal people... they would probably sit about there.

Jade (off camera) : They're so nice.

Leisa : They're gorgeous.

Jade (off camera) : I love the jeans. I like the jacket.

Leisa : But just not together.

Jade (off camera) : Not together.

Leisa : Not your thing.

Jade (off camera) : Not for me. I would pick out the... the cream I think and try and...

Leisa : Yeah. That would be lovely with it.

Jade : I'd probably put something like this in.

Leisa : A shorter version. Or a little French tuck.

Jade : The reason I didn't like them together is because they're so like floaty and relaxed, and then the jacket is so stiff. And it's so black in comparison. So for me it just... But that doesn't mean it's wrong. That just means it's a me thing.

Leisa : It's not your thing. Yeah. Like I wear really nice suit jackets, shoulder pads, everything, with like leggings and trainers.

Jade (off camera) : I like that look as well. Do you know what? I did the LOFINA long over-the-knee boots, the ones that you've been wearing, with a pair of black leggings. I didn't have any leather leggings 'cause... well, one, I didn't think my body could do them. So, no. Anyway. So I... I found an old pair of like gym leggings and wore them inside out. And then put the MANAMIS long shirt on with the MANAMIS jacket. Brilliant.

Leisa : Oh, bet it looked gorgeous.

Jade (off camera) : Really nice. Felt really cool. So, I'm with you. I do like that... that look.

Leisa : I've got the same Top on as I had on just now, but in black. And then... I'm getting a bit predictable. Got my favourite boots on. Ones with the little toe cap on. SORT AARHUS Boots. So that's me.

Jade (off camera) : Do you need a pair of those?

Leisa : I think I might do.

Jade (off camera) : You... to scratch the itch.

Leisa : I know. I love them. I do really love them. Here's Kirst.

Kirsty :  I've got another SANCTAMUERTE piece on. I thought I'll show you this. It's very similar to the jumper that I had on. It's a dress. Well, it's a dress on me.

Jade : Tunic, dress... whichever.

Kirsty : If you were taller, you could wear it... Well, I've left the leggings underneath as well but yeah. It's just got the rip detail, which I love. You can hide everything under here. This is size one. And the jumper was size one. It goes one, two or three, so this is the smallest one.

Jade (off camera) : So they're supposed to be roomy. And then they've got the neat sleeve just to bring it all in and make it look feminine. Which is nice.

Kirsty : Yeah. Gorgeous. Yeah, the little thumholes. Which... we're just loving them. We wear... we've got loads of things haven't we?

Jade (off camera): You need it when it's this cold.

Kirsty : You feel a bit bare when you haven't got anything covering your... your hands. But yeah. It's got the little scarf again. Let's have a look at the back. Oh! Can you see how it falls as well? Falls asymmetric as well. And the back.

Jade (off camera) : Yeah, it's lovely. It's got like a cloud dye so it's not just one colour. It's a little bit tonal.

Kirsty : Yeah, it's faded. So yeah. That's me. I think Paula's last one?

Jade (off camera): Have you got one more, Paula?

Paula (off camera) : Yeah, I've got something.

Jade(off camera) : All right. Ooooh. Hey up. Look at... bloody hell! She's going out to the Christmas lights switch on.

Paula (off camera) : I am. Very warm. Have you done?

Kirsty : Yeah.

Paula : Hey! Oh! That's lovely. I just fancied a little bit of fur.

Jade (off camera) : I'm so glad because they're all taking the pizzle of me because I've put fur scarves on everything in the shop because it's gone cold. And they're all saying, "Another one? Where have you found this one?" Cause we have got a million little furry scarves everywhere.

Paula : I think it just finish... you know, particularly... say with the sort of evening out, party out, lunch out season. I just wanted to put something on that was a bit more... it's completely out of my comfort zone but I do rather like it for a change. So the skir— so the feet are SORT AARHUS size 38. Long boot. And the skirt is PLU. And it reminds me a little bit of Dior skirt. So...The Dior have got a wide... Oh, of course I know. I did... I went to the, um, V&A to see it a couple of years ago. Anyway, so they've got a nice wide... So I've tucked in my Baobab and this is a nice belt. You got your little...

Jade (off camera) : Oh, your PLU patch.

Paula : There. That's the back. I'm in size small. It just feels nice. It feels very feminine. Pockets. We all love pockets. I think there's one this side, is there? We're finding out there's loads of things about our outfits tonight. No. Just the one side.

Jade (off camera) : It has got two, but I think it's lost.

Paula : Lost on me anyway. So anyway. Anyway, there's a pocket this side. You can put your phone in there if you wish. Baobab size extra small. We... I think everybody in the company have got the Baobabs. They're so handy and they can be great underpieces or I just wanted to put this on to show that you can dress it up. The DOM GOOR is just delicious. The colour is beautiful. It's like a... I don't know...

Jade (off camera) : Graphite, silver, foxy...

Paula : Yeah. And it picks up... so if you look at the colour in the stripe, it picks up really well.

Jade (off camera) : Yeah, really nice.

Paula : So I just thought it would be nice to look a bit more girly for a change 'cause generally I'm quite androgynous in my... in the way I wear my clothes. But I've gone all girly for you tonight.

Jade (off camera) : It looks amazing, Paula.

Paula : Thank you. Uh, any more questions?

Jade (off camera) : Everyone's been quite quiet this evening. They're just taking it all in. 

Kirstie (Off-Camera) : Where’s the other pocket?

Jade (off camera) : Yeah.

Paula : Aha!

Jade (off camera) : Ha ha ha!

Paula : There you go.

Jade (off camera) : She's got it.

Paula : I've lost the other one now. Hey! There you go. Strike a pose.
