After years of searching for the right space, House of Valerie is moving.
This is something we’ve been working towards for a long time — finding a home that feels right for the business, the team and, most importantly, the experience we want to create for our customers.
We’ve found that space in a barn-style warehouse just outside Nantwich, and over the past few months we’ve been completely reworking it to create a new home for HOV.
STEP INSIDE THE WORLD OF HOV
The new space will bring every part of House of Valerie together under one roof, creating a more immersive experience and giving you a closer look at what goes on behind the scenes.
You’ll be able to shop in a more relaxed, personal and intimate setting, with free on-site parking, comfortable seating areas, refreshments, coffee, champagne and a fully stocked wine fridge.
The aim is simple: to make your time with us feel more considered, comfortable and special.
You’ll also be much closer to the wider HOV team and the day-to-day life of the business — from new arrivals being unpacked and photographed, to styling, live shows, content creation and everything happening behind the scenes.
You may even spot pieces being photographed before they’ve made it onto the website.

WHAT ISN’T CHANGING
Our online store, live shows, customer service and day-to-day online experience will continue as normal throughout the move.
Our opening hours will also remain the same once we reopen:
Monday — Closed
Tuesday–Saturday — 10am–5pm
Sunday — Closed
Our final day at our current store will be Saturday 17th October, before we reopen at our new home following our launch event on Saturday 24th October.
Postal redirection will also be in place throughout the transition, so any returns or post sent to our previous address will still reach us safely.
