WHAT IS ARABELLA RENTAL?

Arabella Rental lets you rent your favourite styles from our leading designers and brands at Arabella. Curated by our expert buyers, it’s the perfect way to try out new looks and shop with the planet in mind. You can also browse the rental pieces in-store at our flagship in Nantwich, Cheshire. (Please note Arabella Rental is only available in the UK at the moment.)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Browse our rental collections and filter by category, brand, availability, size and price.

2. Choose your length of rental, delivery dates and checkout.

3. Return the item to us on the specified date using the pre-paid returns label.

WHAT IS A SECURITY BOND?

All of our rental items require renters to pay a Security Bond. This is a refundable charge to pay, separate from the rental fee. The Security Deposit is held on your card for the total duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned (note: this may take several business days depending on your bank). Arabella reserves the right to charge this amount at any time if damage, loss or other issue is reported. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY RENTAL?

You can cancel your rental for FREE as long as you do so 30 days prior to the booking date. This gives us reasonable time to re-book the rental item. You can also reschedule your rental period up to 14 days in advance of your booking period at no extra cost. Cancellations and reschedules outside of these timescales will be fully chargeable. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RENTAL IS DAMAGED?

We take a fixed Security Bond at checkout when you book your rental. This amount covers any extreme damage or loss and Arabella reserves the right to charge this amount at any time if these issues are reported. Reasonable wear and tear will be considered - such as small marks and minor rips or tears which can be fully repaired. All decisions of this nature will be at Arabella's discretion. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

A pre-paid returns label with instructions necessary will be included in your package. 

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY ITEM CLEANED PRIOR TO IT'S RETURN?

No - you've got you covered. We want your event or occasion to be as stress free as possible which is why, included in the price of the service we offer a full cleaning service both before you receive your piece and after it's safe return.
